Interaction with guest

We have 2 staff that live on the property. One staff member is available 24/7 for questions and emergencies. They are available to clean up after self-catering for an extra fee which you can negotiate directly with them. We have a Manageress who works week days from 7am to 4.30pm to take forward bookings and to 1pm on weekends. She works from the office. We have 2 other staff members (rooms and laundry) who work 7am to 3.30pm week days and to 1pm on weekends. Staff are aware of your privacy. The do their work and leave. I live at 26 Esme Road which is 5 houses from the guest house. You will see me in the mornings if you need me. I am available to book tours, shows and restaurants. You let us know how much interaction you require with us.
