Welcome to an architecturally designed private home set high on a mountain above Canmore near the end of a cul-de-sac. As you drive up to Rundle Vista, you are flanked with gorgeous mountains views in all directions a world-class golf course and beautiful homes in a quiet community.

Rundle Vista is a 4,400 square foot home boasting 4 bedrooms, A glass and light-filled great room, inviting kitchen and dining table and lower level designed to entertain. The house is large enough for family reunions or corporate retreats, yet intimate in scale for smaller groups. The bedrooms are spread out in the house over 3 levels to provide the maximum amount of separation and privacy. Just a few of the unique touches include reclaimed maple flooring, imported Italian door hardware, heated en-suite floors, quarter-sawn white oak cabinetry, an artistic dining room table crafted from salvaged logs and a unique indoor rock and bouldering climbing area!

Main Level: The large foyer leads into the open concept kitchen/dining area with reclaimed maple hardwood flooring throughout and a stunning hand-crafted dining room table. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare the perfect meal including double oven, gas 5-burner cook-top, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy a quick bite to eat at the eat-in bar (seats 6) or sit down for a grander meal at the dining room table (seats 12). The custom kitchen features quarter-sawn white oak cabinets and top-of-the-line appliances. Don't forget to turn on the gas wall fireplace to set the mood while enjoying dinner! You can relax in the spacious great room in front of the river-rock fireplace while reveling in the Mountain View that surrounds you.

Upper Level: The upper level features a grand master bedroom with custom walk-in closet and an indoor balcony which looks onto the 3-story indoor rock-climbing area. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass enclosure and double vanities with plenty of storage. At the end of your day of hiking/skiing/golfing, enjoy a soak in the jetted soaker tub while enjoying the mountain view prior to climbing into the queen size bed.

The upper level is also home to the 2nd bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, large closet and queen bed. An office area features commercial quality wireless internet access to stay in touch at work and keep the kids online and happy after a day of adventure. The upper level has a large balcony that wraps around the side of the home, and connects to the even larger balcony down below.

Lower Level: If you are travelling with kids, they will love the lower level! The lower level is the ultimate sleepover area! It features a bunk room with 3 single beds, double futon and two single futons, en-suite bathroom, media room, ping pong table, foos-ball table and access to the 3-story indoor rock climbing area, with bouldering wall**. For entertaining, enjoy use of the large wet bar to mix your favorite cocktails or enjoy a glass of wine

**This area can be locked off or open with signed waiver. Children must be supervised when using the climbing area.

Canmore Bylaw permits 8 adults in a private home.

There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and room for an additional 1-2 cars in the drive-way. In accordance with local bylaws, on street parking is not allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
