El autobús que te lleva al centro tiene su parada justo enfrente a la puerta de nuestra propiedad. Tambien contamos con servicio de Taxi !!

Estamos a apenas 10 minutos en autobús de Plaza La Isla, principales restaurants y 15 minutos de los centros de consumo y diversión mas famosos de Cancun.

Ubicación privilegiada ya que conteplarás los amaneceres frente a tu ventana y los atardeceres frente a la laguna. Ya no quedan de estos lugares en CANCUN !!!!

El paraíso junto a tu ventana !!. Disfruta de la gama de turquesas del mar de Cancún que te ofrecemos en las magnificas vistas del BEACH FRONT IN CANCUN.

Con solo salir del apartamento, contemplar la laguna mientras recorres los pasillos y bajar por elevador atravesado la alberca infinita que se une con el mar, es suficiente para llegar a la playa. Scam!!!

They charge a $200 usd deposit and did not return it. I have been contacting them on WhatsApp for over a week… no response. We stayed there a month ago!!! They are scammers!! DO NOT STAY!

No aceptamos drogadictos ni borrachos, es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar, los disturbios ocacionados por Usted y las perdidas dentro del apartamento NO alcanzaron a ser cubiertas con el deposito por daños. Hagase caargo de su responsabilidad de emborracharse y drogarse y agradezca que no lo desalojamos, lamentamos que dichas medidas no hayan sido de su agrado, es un lugar para descansar.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Silvia (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvia (the owner) a message.

If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
