Excellent 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom villa with own pool, this lovely villa is set in the beautiful & safe surroundings of Montemar, on the edge of a small pine forest in Campoamor near Cabo Roig. It is approximately 10 minute flat stroll to the popular La Glea beach in Campoamor. Several bars & restaurants surround the beaches & marina which nestles itself into a natural bay and sailing club.

This Villa is strictly No Smoking inside!

This very spacious 3 bedroom Villa is decorated & furnished to a high standard, the large living room has 2 settees, coffee table, TV/DVD, the dining area has a table with 6 chairs & plenty of natural light from large windows situated on both sides of the living room area. One window looks out at the front garden, the other overlooks the pool. The living room has air-conditioning.

The kitchen is situated at the rear of the property & is equipped with all white goods i.e. Microwave, Fridge/Freezer & plenty of storage/cupboard space there are also worktop surfaces to the left & right of the sink. The washing machine is in the large utility room adjacent to the kitchen. Leading out from the utility room to the rear of the property, a large built-in BBQ, outside table & chairs also a shaded area at the front of the garden which overlooks the pool.

There are 2 bathrooms the smaller on the ground floor between the living room & kitchen, has a walk in shower, toilet & hand wash basin. The larger family bathroom is very spacious with a bath & overhead shower, toilet, storage cupboards, hand wash basin set in a vanity unit & a large mirror.

All bedrooms have plenty of natural light, are all decorated & furnished to a high standard. They are all have large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets & lamps, ceiling fans with fitted centre light & air-con, the master bedroom has a balcony that over looks open space.

When renting this property, all bedding and towels are supplied, together with towels for the pool/beach.

The pool runs along side the Villa, is approx 8 metres long by 3 metres wide, the depth at shallow end is 1 metre going to 1.8 metre´s at the deep end. There is a series of half round steps at shallow end of the pool for easy access. The pool is now fitted with the latest technology pool heating equipment allowing the pool water to be heated to tropical temperature of at least 30* Celsius at anytime of the year (ambient temperature must be taken into account). Pool cover must be used overnight... This allows the pool to be used all year round.

The pool heating is offered as an optional extra & this has an additional cost of £150 per week for this facility, payable with the final balance.

If you decide to take this option after arrival, the heating can be turned on remotely following an agreement of heating period required & transfer of additional costs.

There are several bars/restaurants within easy walking distance of the Villa. Campoamor is not as commercialized as its neighbours in Cabo Roig & Las Pilmeras, some bars & cafeterias are hidden in side streets. However, some of the restaurants have stunning views overlooking the sea & marina.

Campoamor beaches are very popular during the summer months, the soft golden sand meets the warm Mediterranean sea. The beach bars supply light-bite menu of tapas, together with ice cold beer, cocktails, soft drinks & ice-creams/lollies. Beach umbrellas & sun-loungers can also be hired, a life guard is on duty at all time through out the summer months.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
