Villa Calangute Phase 10 is a stunning vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area, just a 10 minutes’ walk from Calangute Beach. It is an extraordinary mansion situated in Calangute, Goa, between Candolim and Baga.

This is a 9 BHK villa but we are offering you only 8 bedrooms for 16 adults having a private swimming pool, while the other 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom will be kept locked during your entire stay and not given to another party. #goa

Key feature of Phase 10:

* Complementary Indian Breakfast for all new bookings with stays between 20th Feb - 30th April 2024. Valid for booking done online via this platform only. Lunch and Dinner for an extra cost.

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 8 AC bedrooms & 8 en suite bathrooms with Private swimming pool. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 4 king-size beds & 8 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite).

☆ Parking is compounded for 3 Cars.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

How do damage deposits work?
