It takes only 10 mins to reach the Calangute beach and the Baga beach.World famous night markets like INGOs and Mackie's, clubbing zones like Tito's, Mambo's ,Club Cabana etc,Candolim ( where the SUNBURN FEST is held ) with its innumerable restaurants serving local and international cuisine are all within a few minutes drive. taxis and bikes on rentals are available outside the complex. Nearest railway station,the Thivim Railway Station takes 30 minutes. Goa International airport is 39 kms away.Eateries (if u feel lazy to cook) and taxis and bikes on rentals are available outside the complex. And for those of you who wouldn't want to miss your daily work-outs, there is a World class Gym called FITNESS near the complex.Our apartment offers you a great view of the swimming pool from the balcony being on the third floor and an added advantage of the sea breeze ventilating the apartment Apartment specifications: 2BHK(1100 Sq ) Spacious and airy living and dining hall(balcony attached) with comfy sofa-cum-bed ,4 seater teak-wood dining table, 32" flat-screen LED TV with satellite connection. About 400mts ahead,on the left you will come across Udupi Durbar restaurant followed by a general store. Take the lane on the left after the store. You would find THE LAGOON 100mts ahead into the lane on the right .Happy vacation!

Please treat my home like you would treat yours ,ie,with care. Enjoy responsibly but no illegal activities will be tolerated. If caught doing so, cops would be called in. Any damages to the apartment should be compensated for . Apartment's on the 3rd floor without elevator. Please do not leave the balcony doors and windows open when you are not in the apartment because that would let in unwanted visitors like birds and rodents. Electricity and water are precious. Waste not.

“Had a good stay”

The apartment was good with good ventilation. Grocery shop and hotel are very close. The kitchen was well equipped with all the required utensils. Reema, the owner was in constant touch with us over phone to check if the stay was comfortable. The pool was not operational but we dint want it anyway when we had the Goan beaches !!!

Since It was the first time i visited Goa, I had no idea where to stay. Later I came to know about "The Lagoon" from one of my friends. We were 3 in total and we planned for a 5 night stay. I would stay this is the best place u could wish to be in. Everything was taken care by Ms.Reema - The owner of the apartment. She was so kind and helpful. She was regularly contacting us and made sure we reached safe. And the room service was excellent. Everything was so clean, neatly arranged - felt more than being at home. After roaming around Goa, the apartment seemed Heaven for us to take rest. I would recommend ppl to go for this as it is very affordable and near to all the places u would like to visit. Thank you Reema and I would surely visit ur apartment every time i come to Goa

Just perfect! Stayed at the Lagoon 301 apartment during 19th Mar – 25th Mar, 2014 along with my friends. The apartment, as mentioned, is located close to the famous Calangute beach yet away from the hustle & bustle and is a good base camp to explore North Goa. It is extremely comfortable and you won’t get a surprise as it looks the same as the images posted here: very well maintained, tastefully furnished, fully functional kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms & daily housekeeping (if you need). Apartment is spacious enough to accommodate 5-6 people comfortably. Daily needs store is just a min. walk from the apartment and bike rental service is right next to the Lagoon. The host, Reema was constantly in touch to enquire if we are facing some problem. She even let us check-out late on our last day since we had a flight in the evening. Arjun, the caretaker, was cooperative and hospitable and made sure we have a comfortable stay. He was always available whenever we needed him. To keep it short, Excellent accommodation for what we paid. Glad that I made the right decision to stay at the lagoon. Highly recommended and I’d love to stay here again! Cheers

location geographically is best. As it is just 1km away from calangute beach and few kms away from baga beach, it lies between these two and thats why accessibility to both of these areas is easy. Swimming pool isn't that clean but who needs it when you have beaches..!!

We, a group of six friend stayed there. This apartment is equipped with almost all amenities like washing machine,ac,iron, microwave, and other kitchen utensils..This apartment has also pool access..The Flat was neat & clean and its caretaker get back to you for even small things. We enjoyed a lot here...I think it a best place to stay for a group of 2 couples or 6 bachelors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
