Beautiful and large villa in a privileged position and a few hundred meters from Cala Conta. Divided on two floors it is well maintained and the spaces are pleasant. Style infinity pool and sea views and sunsets. Very well equipped and with a semi-professional kitchen. It 'a modern and comfortable villa. Perfect for families or friends. The exterior is well distributed; a large terrace with BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor covered dining area, garden with soccer doors, trampoline, relaxation area. The beach is close and can be reached on foot within 10 minutes, it is advisable to use the car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
