Best location in Cairns - Ocean Views Esplanade Apartment

Handy to everything with uninterrupted ocean views from the balcony.

Relax in the spa or take the lift to the gym or pool...

Watch the boats and planes come and go from your balcony...

Unit is situated right in the middle of the "restaurant strip"...

Just take the lift to the ground floor and enjoy al fresco dining at the best restaurants Cairns can offer...

Directly above the Night Markets and 300 meters from the Reef Terminal where all the boats depart for the Great Barrier Reef. Also directly opposite the huge outdoor (free) Cairns Esplanade swimming pool.

The Cairns Esplanade boardwalk runs right by the front door. Excellent bird, fish, crustacean and crab watching or check out the fascinating tropical plants, trees and insects right at your doorstep. Bring your binoculars. Stroll along the Esplanade or enjoy the weekend outdoor markets and occasional free entertainment.

Supermarket is 100 meters from the back door. Unit has a full-size fridge, benchtop hotplates for cooking and a microwave. Also fully automatic washing machine, large screen TV and sound system. Full outdoor setting on the balcony. Unit is fully air-conditioned.

Under-cover parking included plus free use of the gym.

Spa bath is a feature. Draw the curtains back and watch the ships come and go from your bath if you dare :)

Sleeping arrangements can be twin single or kingsize bed in the separate bedroom and the night-and-day lounge folds out to a comfortable double bed. Tariff is for 2 persons. Additional adults (16 and over) attract a $10 per night surcharge.

Cleaning/linen fee of $140 covers all linen hire.

Large regional public library at the back door. Local tours available from the tour desk downstairs and buses leave from the front door.

As of the 31st of October:

China Souther Airlines will be having direct flights from Shanghai-Cairns (3 times a week!)

-this great apartment is only 10 minutes to airport

-taxi from airport costs about $25.

The perfect place to chill and enjoy everything the tropics have to offer....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
