LA FUENTE DEL POVAL se encuentra ubicada en el casco urbano de la localidad de Caballar. La casa rural está enclavada en un antiguo edificio levantado en los años 50, construido con el fin de ser utilizado como almacén, pajar, secadero en las matanzas y un sin fin de actividades, todas ellas relacionadas con las labores del campo. Dicho edificio ha sido restaurado en el 2005. La rehabilitación se ha realizado conservando el encanto rustico y utilizando materiales nobles como piedra, madera, barro cocido en solados y azulejos hechos y pintados a mano en talleres artesanales.

La Fuente del Poval invita a la paz, tranquilidad y sosiego de sus visitantes.

La casa es de alquiler integro y totalmente independiente. Tiene capacidad para 8 personas y cuenta con:

3 HABITACIONES, dos dobles y una de matrimonio, en la planta superior.

1 HABITACIÓN de matrimonio en la planta baja.

3 BAÑOS completos, 2 de ellos con bañera en la planta superior (uno de ellos con bañera de hidromasaje) y otro con ducha en la planta baja, (secador de pelo).

LA COCINA, totalmente equipada está dotada con, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno eléctrico, vitrocerámica, microondas, frigorífico, electrodomésticos pequeños (tostador, exprimidor, batidora). Vajilla, cristalería (vasos y copas de vino ect), cubertería y batería de cocina.

EL SALÓN COMEDOR tiene, televisión de pantalla plana (con puerto USB), DVD, WIFI (gratuito), juegos de mesa e infantiles y chimenea francesa.

EN EL EXTERIOR:

EL PATIO, posee una amplia zona abierta y una sala multiusos con billar, futbolín, diana y barbacoa, está equipada con una mesa, sillas, platos, paellera, parrillas, ideal para degustar unas chuletas hechas en el fuego.

OTROS DATOS DE INTERÉS

LA CALEFACCIÓN Y EL AGUA CALIENTE, se obtiene mediante caldera de gasoil. En cada planta, la casa cuenta con termostatos donde regular la temperatura a gusto del viajero.

LA LEÑA, para encender la chimenea francesa del salón, la dejamos durante el invierno sin ningún coste adicional.

MOSQUITERAS, en todas las ventanas.

DOCUMENTACIÓN DE LA ZONA, tenemos un dosier donde se pueden consultar los puntos de interés turísticos más cercanos y aconsejables de la zona, así como un listado con las actividades de turismo activo más interesantes con los números de teléfono el lugar y la distancia donde se realizan.

Observaciones:

En Semana Santa y Navidad, la reserva mínima es de cuatro noches. En los Puentes, nos reservamos el derecho de alquilar un número mínimo de noches.

El sitio es muy bonito, la casa tiene de todo, incluido chimenea, barbacoa y patio. Estuvimos 6 personas con espacio de sobra y muy cómodos. Mucha intimidad y rutas rurales cercanas.

Why can't I call Isabel (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Isabel (the owner) a message.

If Isabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
