Description

A very nice apartment in a prime south-facing location in the fishing village of Wulfen on the island of Fehmarn on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only 5 min. Footpath away. Surf and kite Shallow depth of field Burger in 600m. The apartment is located in a detached holiday home upstairs with a new south-facing balcony with partial sea views and a unique view of the landmark of Fehmarn, the Fehmarnsund Bridge! On the spacious property is a common garden area with terrace and garden furniture for this apartment, as well as a barbecue, available. The rooms are lovingly and comfortably equipped. Due to the 2 bedrooms also a family with 2 children is enough space. The recent modernization of the apartment offers all the comforts, including new equipment and branded mattresses. Many sports and leisure activities as well as designated cycle paths leave nothing to be desired. A supermarket and restaurants in about 900m complete the offer. The apartment is in a quiet location. The attractive capital Burg auf Fehmarn is ca.4km away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
