Welcome to our newly renovated family friendly vacation home, where you can spend quality time with friends and family! A cozy escape right in the middle of La Quinta, CA. Our home is surrounded by natural beauty, with shopping and dining which are all just a few minutes away.

The interior of the house is newly renovated with upgrades and stylish decor and Central AC. With 2 living rooms there is enough space for everyone to relax. In the first living room you can find comfortable seating options with a big screen TV and a gas fireplace. In the 2nd living room there is more comfortable seating with an attached dining room. Enjoy a nice dinner in the formal dining room which has seating with 8 chairs.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features custom countertops, an island with chairs, a gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms:

On the first floor you can find the beautiful master bedroom which has a California King bed and a TV. The master bedroom also offers a leather sofa bed which can be used to watch TV and sleep. The En-Suite bathroom is very spacious and has a large jacuzzi tub with a gas burning fireplace, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and a walk-in closet.

Also, on the first floor you can find another bedroom with a King bed and TV.

Head on over to the 2nd floor for another 2 beautiful rooms. Both rooms have 2 twin Size beds. In each of the rooms you can find TVs.

All bedrooms are equipped with bedding and linens. Extra linens can be found in the laundry area.

You can find 1 extra full size mattress in the master bedroom's closet.

Bathroom:

1 full bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk in shower attached to Master Bedroom on 1st floor

1 full bathroom with a walk in shower on the 1st floor

1 full bathroom with a walk in shower on the 2nd floor

All bathrooms are equipped with towels.

Other:

You can have fun in our game room which features a pool table and other games or enjoy a movie night in our Movie Room which features reclining movie theater sofa seating for 6.

Wifi and cable tv is included throughout the house. (to use cable tv click on the spectrum app to access it)

Outdoors:

Our house has brand new landscape, with a heated salt water pool, jacuzzi and a waterfall. Also included in the backyard is beautiful patio furniture, sun bed, lounge beds for the pool and a bbq area with a mini fridge. In the evening you can relax by the fire pit enjoying some wine outside. It doesn't end there we have plenty of things for the kids too including a swing set (up to 8 years old) and a trampoline. The list goes on.

The home is located near Shopping Centers & Restaurants.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a blast. The beds were comfortable, the space was nice, and there was a cool game room and beautiful backyard. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
