This tastefully designed new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully furnished luxury apartment measuring about 1125sq/ft is located in the village of Benaulim within walking distance to the pristine Benaulim beach.

It is situated in an upmarket, beautifully designed and landscaped complex called "West Winds". The complex has full amenities including swimming pool, baby pool, club house, car parking, 24hrs security and constant water supply.

The two balconies on this first floor apartment overlook the pool and gardens. The bedrooms have high quality beds and mattresses, large wardrobes, bedside tables and dresser. Both bedrooms have split AC's and all rooms have ceiling fans. Hot water service readily available for each shower with fresh linen and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is cable connection for the LCD TV. Linen change once per week. Free Wi-Fi provided.

Benaulim is located in South Goa, which is a beautiful and peaceful area with wildlife sanctuaries, isolated clean beaches, old Portuguese mansions, spice plantations, temples and boat trips all easily reached by taxi or your own transport (taxi and tuk-tuk stands 500 meters away from the complex). There are many restaurants, super markets, shops, wine stores, chemists and ATMs in close vicinity. Doctor available on call.

Management Update : This review has been reported for going against Trip Advisor's review guidelines. The owner will not spend too many lines on a review written by a person with such flagrant disregard for using unit amenities properly such as the said air conditioner. Given the heavy damage and subsequent financial loss suffered, any reasonable owner would have acted in the same way. What can be said is that the other reviews written by guests who have stayed at this property on numerous occasions are a true reflection of the hospitality offered at this holiday apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mary Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
