WORLD FAMOUS - ROTATING HOUSE LUXURY HOLIDAY HOME - "THE PERFECT AUSTRALIAN HOLDAY"

Our ROTATING HOUSE is situated on the banks of the pristine Nowendoc Rover, a scenic 4 hour drive north of Sydney. At 540 sq mtr the Rotating house can accomodate up to 16 people offering privacy & contemporary living within the most rich & picturesque Australian country landscape.

When you stay with us you are living in a luxurious house at 540 sq mtr with 5 bedroom and 8 beds in total (3 King and 5 Double Sofa).

The House is fully equipped with everything you may need, we are also situated on the banks of the pristine Nowendoc Rover (fresh water) and have Kayaks and a Rowboat available for you to use at your leisure. We have just invested in an outdoor fire pit/campfire that allows you to enjoy the outdoor camping element if desired and then be able to step 5 steps and be back inside a luxurious house.. “Glamping at its finest!"

We have a gorgeous dining table that can seat up to 16. A professional sound system and TV entertainment unit is also available. All beds are dressed with top quality linen (1000 thread count) & Sheridan Bedspreads - all linen is professionally cleaned after every use. We provide lovely “Sukin” toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products, salt pepper, stock, herbs and other bits and pieces.

Our property is a hobby farm and we have 20 head of cattle and 2 horses - that roam freely in neighbouring paddocks. We have 40 acres of land for you to explore and 850mtr of private rover frontage. Loads of walking trails and a 6km round mountain bike track.

The house is an octagon with a circular verandah - every room (except bathroom) has double Glass sliding doors so everyone can enjoy the 360 degrees of beautiful landscape. Scattered around the verandah are “Jack and Jill” chairs perfect for the morning coffee. Finished with 2 outdoor table settings.

All you need to bring is your food, drinks & personal toiletries.

Getting around

We have lots of great walking areas on the property and many paths to explore. We keep our paddocks well maintained all year round so they are very assessible. Some guests have brough along mountain bikes and there is a very cool track to rode if that may interest you.

Interaction with guest

We provide a fully everything - all you need to bring is food, clothing and drinks. Our beds are very comfortable and are made perfectly with 5 start linen. If you have a preference to a certain type of pillow we recommend you bring it along with you. :) We can arrange transport and food for guests if need be.

House rules

Pet dogs are welcomed to join you on your stay however they are not permitted inside the rotating house. BYO dog bedding/ food / bowl etc. dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and must remain on a lead when walking through the property. But are allowed off the lead in the river.

Smoking not allowed inside the house. And we appreaite every effort made to ensure cigarette butts are not littered on our property.

How do damage deposits work?
