A Dream Villa with exquisite space and location. This 5 bedroom luxury Caribbean property is all location. A classic beach villa with symetrical architecture, soaring ceilings and Mediterranean roof lines.

This villa really will give you a taste of the tropic, for year round indoor outdoor living. It is beautifully furnished with plenty of dining options inside and outside. This is the perfect villa to disconnect from a hectic lifestyle.

The villa has two floor, the first floor is two living room, two 6 seats dining room, kitchen and two bedroom is equipped with two queen beds. The second floor has aspacious living room and three bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two other bedrooms have two queen beds ,all have their private bathroom and walk in closet. The second floor has a massive walk out deck looking over the grounds and the swimming pool.The modern kitchen has every utensil and appliances you need, a lovely gallery to sit down, relax and enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

The entire house is bathed in natural light during the day thanks to a generous endowment of windows.

Large rectangle backyard pool and the multifunctional gazebo provides room to rest, dine and read.

Then the swimming pool is an excellent choice to cool off after a long sunny day in the beach.

This house is located few steps from the beach and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Playa El Quemaito is a special beach for its natural beauty with its lapping turquoise waters.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
