A modern, comfortable 3 BR 2.5 BA house right in the village near the harbor, restaurants, shops & parks

Beautifully crafted newer home utilizes every inch of space and light. Very nicely appointed with artistic use of color and high quality of furnishings. Terrific downtown location puts a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cultural activities practically at your doorstep. First floor: porch, large open living/dining/kitchen combination, shower bath, and rear patio sleeep sofa in the living room. Second floor: master king bedroom with balcony and private shower/tub bath, two guest rooms (one queen, one full-- one opens to balcony) and 1/2 bath. Partial view of the harbor from the second floor balconies. The perfect vacation spot for active families.

Please Note: Occupied apartment in the basement level has separate entrance and parking. This will not affect your enjoyment of this wonderful cottage.
