A modern luxury villa with amazing views of the west coast of Phuket. With 10 king size bedrooms, it is ideal for up to 10 adult couples with up to 2 children (there is an extra queen size bed in the Master Suite.which is only accessible via the main bedroom, so the suite best used by a family).

On the way to the second floor is a fully equipped gym (accessible via stairs only). On the 2nd floor is a beautiful library social area. On the third floor is a movie room and a pool table. The 4th floor features an infinity pool and the main dining/event area. On the 5th floor rooftop area, we have additional social areas and a glass-front rooftop jacuzzi with what might be the most commanding view on Phuket.

All original 8 bedrooms with king size beds have ocean views, balconies flat screen TVs with DVD players, built in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with showers and jacuzzis (the Master Bedroom Suite, intended for larger groups, has 2 showers instead of one shower and one jacuzzi in the shared bathroom). The former 'Kids' Room' has been converted into a 9th king size bedroom without an ocean view. The former spa has been converted into a 10th king size bedroom with a view of Bangtao Beach and the ocean from the spacious terrace outside.

In the 1 800 sqm of living space, there is a total of 10+1 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms accommodating up to 22 people. The villa also houses a fully equipped gym, a home cinema room, and a pool table. We provide laundry services for our guests (at a charge) and a van with chauffeur (cost of fuel only 08:00-17:00 daily and an extra THB 500 per hour outside those hours). Airport transfers often pose logistical problems and are therefore not included in the driver services. Price for one van to or from the airport is typically THB 1000 payable in cash to the driver. Each van can carry a maximum of 11 passengers as per new Phuket laws.

We pride ourselves on our cuisine and provide set menus for our guests. Breakfasts are included in the price of your stay. Should you desire food other than that on the menus, this can be discussed with the manager and chef.

If you have a large group of visitors and want a luxurious private place to stay, we will make sure you get a wonderful opportunity to create some beautiful Phuket memories.

Please note that the villa is rented out as a single unit and that we never accommodate multiple groups of guests at the same time. Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00. Since we value the privacy of our guests greatly, we cannot receive you if another guest is at the villa. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be requested and approved by e-mail prior to your stay. As the villa would otherwise be closed and staff given rare time off, there will be extra charges for additional time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carl Magnus (the owner) a message.

If Carl Magnus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
