La Bufadora Inn is a spectacular ocean front boutique hotel over looking the Blowhole in the picturesque, friendly, safe fishing village of Bahia Asuncion. Each room is unique with it's own patio overlooking the sea and Asuncion Island where whales swim by your window!. Guests love the sound of the waves and sealions frolicking in front of the Inn. You can cast off the rocks outside your room for calico bass, swim at the private beach, kayak, snorkel and enjoy the many activities in town. There is a world class mountain bike single track, ATV trails, pristine beaches, fossil hunting, beachcombing, surfing and several restaurants to choose from featuring fresh local seafood. The village has all the services like gas, stores, mechanics, tire shops, hospital, pharmacies, and lots of eateries. The fishing and diving is fantastic with charters arranged from the Inn...or snorkel with the sea lions at the Island.

    Shari and Juan are great people. We stayed in the Dolphin room and Shari walked us through everything and was always around to help. There is great fishing and a view of a life time for every one.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Shari (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
