Maple Bay Get-a-Way offers you the finest in private home accommodations right in the heart of the Chautauqua-Allegheny Region. Imagine walking out your back door and finding yourself just steps away from the shore of Lake Chautauqua. Sit back on the deck or under the covered porch to enjoy the view. If the weather is a little cool, there is a sunroom to relax in. Or sit by a roaring fire in the backyard by the lake. There is a boat dock for your use in case you bring or rent a boat while you are there. Maple Bay Get-a-Way also has games and activites for all ages. We have basketball, corn holes, ping pong, darts and wall hooky! The three bedroom home is completely furnished with all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation home. Each of the bedrooms has a TV and the living room has a 42" flat-panel HDTV with cable and Blu-Ray player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, disposal and dishwasher to make meal preparation a breeze. For outdoor cookouts, a gas grill is also provided. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer and a two car attached garage. Two full baths will ease congestion in the mornings! Once you visit Maple Bay Get-a-Way, you are sure to come back summer after summer! It is available for rental by the week during the peak summer (Sunday through Sunday). During the early and late season (May, early June, September and October) it is available for shorter stays with a two-night minimum. I do not live near the property, but I will be happy to answer any questions you may have via phone. I am available to talk at most hours during the day and during the weekend. The key is left in a lockbox on the house, and you will be given the code to that lockbox before your arrival. Please contact me if there are any issues upon arriving at the house. I have a handyman who lives close to the property that will be able to assist you!

What's the point in a vacation if you have to abide by a ton of rules? My two big rules are no smoking inside the house, and no pets on the property. Please keep the house in a similar condition to how it was when you arrived. Any damages to the house will be taken our of the refundable security deposit

Wir waren 9 Tag in dem Ferienhaus. Leider konnten wir nicht im See baden, da es ein Problem mit Blaualgen gegeben hat. Die Lage direkt am See ist super.

Average house. No towels or wash cloths wouldve been nice to know before hand. Had to go to walmart and buy some. Location was very nice. Close to jamestown was nice.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rick (the owner) a message.

If Rick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
