The KrabiDreamHomes offer one of three new built self catering houses named “Ban Nang Faa” in Ban Chong pli perfect for couples, friends, and family groups. It's beautiful and serene atmosphere will last in your holiday memories forever.

The house comprises: 2 Airconditioned bedrooms with a king size bed plus bedclothes and pillows, 1 upper floor Bathroom with a Hot Water Shower and a modern toilet, and 1 ground floor Bathroom with a Bath Tub plus modern toilet. A Luxurious Living Room provides a cool and comfortable living area, with fittings and objet d'art to suit the rich texture of the interior wood, with a Sofa, Coffee Table, Sofa Chairs, plus a Dining Table with Chairs.

We provide Truevision Gold Package Satellite TV with 79 channels – including English language movie channels HBO, Max, and Star Movies, 6 Sports Channels including ESPN and Star Sports, with CNN, CNBC, BBC World News, and Bloomberg channels, Cartoon Network for Kids, National Geographic and Discovery Channel, and Entertainment channels including AXN, Hallmark, and True X-Zyte.

We also provide a DVD player, Office Table, a Safe for your valuables, and a Broadband Wi-Fi internet connection .

The Kitchen has a full complement of appliances including a modern electric Oven plus Grill, a spacious Fridge with freezer compartment, an electric Kettle, a Rice Cooker, Toaster, and kitchen cutlery plus cooking ware.

You can spend many hours relaxing with loved ones in the private walled garden which is beautifully laid out and cared for by our gardener. O r spend tranquil evenings on the unique, large upper floor balcony/terrace with lights.

Krabi Dream Homes combine time-honoured design with state-of-the-art technology. We are proud to be setting the standard for innovative and eco-friendly housing projects in the Krabi area. The task we set ourselves was to achieve an selectic union of classic Thai building principles with modern energy-saving features.

We care for our local (and global!) ecology, so with this in mind, we built three houses in the year 2010 that use simple but effective energy-saving ideas. The result is a attractive house called Ban Nang Fa, that also make most economical use of resources.

A key feature of our house is the roof design. We conducted research into the most efficient design with respect to interior temperature. Our roof spaces are sealed, and the loft is higher than usual. This is a most effective way to keep the house interior as cool as possible.

In addition, our walls are double walls, 20 cm thick, with a 2 cm space between. Again, this prevents heat from entering the house, and is excellent for maintaining a constant cooler temperature inside.

Solar panels have been in use for several years now, and we have installed the very latest technology. Pollution free storage of natural solar energy, which provides power for the water heating system.

Hallo Ingo Vielen Dank für die Review die mich doch etwas irrietierte.Gleich vorneweg was den Grillabend anbelangt habe ich mich doch beim Vorschlag von Dir schon entschuldigt dass es zur Zeit sehr schwierig wird für mich diesem zu folgen da ,wie Ihr ja wusstet,die Abende sehr ausgebucht sind wegen der Bauerei in unserem Resort(das hast Du sicher vergessen oder nicht mitbekommen?) Was desweiteren betrifft sprich Küche glaube ich zu wissen das der Kochherd eine Absauge hat aber eine Klimaanlage in einer Küche einubauen???Den Vorwurf nur Geld aus den Häusern zu scheffeln ist glaube ich auch ein Vorwurf den ich nicht einfach auf mir sitzen lassen möchte.Ich beschäftige mit den 3 SELF GATERING Häusern 2 Angestellte Jahraus Jahrein die nach dem rechten schauen.Nach jeder Saison (Ihr wart ja Ende Saison bei uns)werden etliche Sachen wieder auf Vordermann gebracht ,wie zur Zeit gerade eine zusätzliche Aussentreppe in Bestellung ist,die das von Dir erwähnte Problem mit der steilen Innentreppe definitiv aus der Welt schaffen sollte. Klobürste leblos hinter der Toilette hmmm ok ist nicht die perfekte Art aber ich werde veranlassen ein ganzes Set mit Halterung hinzustellen(Meine Frage ,warum habt Ihr das nicht meinem Staff gleich vor Ort mitgeteilt???Waschbecken schief??? Ich sehe da das Problem nicht aber nehme es zur Kentniss.Ich kann mich gut erinnern Euch orientiert zu haben dass wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung sein sollte es dem Staff,Manager und Housekeeping gleich mitzuteilen anstelle im nachhinein in einer Review .Am Sprachunterschied kann es hierbei ja nicht gelegen haben da Deine Frau (Thai)ja sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Was die Staubflächen anbelangt die nicht gewischt wurden so werde ich meinem Staff mitteilen dass das besser gehandhabt werden muss ,auch hier zu erwähnen warum nicht kurz eine email zu mir oder dem Staff mitteilen? Nun ja in der heutigen Zeit verliert man schnell den Sinn zur Realität oder würdest Du in Deinem neu gebauten Haus nach nur 4 Jahren das Bad neu renovieren?Du siehst Fragen über Fragen die sich einem Stellen aber Schluss und am End muss jeder für sich im klaren sein was Er für Ansprüche hat und was Er hierfür ausgeben möchte.Leider ist es so dass man immer mehr für viel weniger möchte.Ich bin mir aber sicher das Ihr für den Preis am Ao Nang Beach ganz bestimmt NUR ein 24 QM Zimmer mit doppelter Lautstärke rundherum bekommen hättet und nicht ein eigenes 2 Stöckiges voll möbliertes Haus mit Pool und allem drum herum (Ich weiss jetzt kommt der Vergleich mit Ko Samui oder Phuket da sei alles billiger)Ja stimmt Ko Samui ist günstiger als Krabi so wie Bern günstiger ist als Zürich oder Hamburg als München oder umgekehrt??? How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Wanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
