Comfortable and cozy one bedroom apartment, double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. Fully equipped to enjoy a pleasant holiday, in summer and especially in winter. Internet connection. Air conditioner. Complete urbanization, tennis court, swimming pool open from (15-06 to 15-09), green areas. Private parking Beach with warm waters and golden sand just two minutes walk. Near the center of the city, 15 minutes by car. Fun in the harbor, shops, restaurants, museums, excursions. Additional information, entrance after 3pm, departure, 11am.

“Top class!”

We have just sadly returned from a 10 night stay in Maria’s beautiful Urbanova (15 mins from Alicante) apartment. We arrived at Alicante Airport and followed the signs for the buses to reach the apartment but to be honest at 15 euros in a taxi we eventually opted for that option. Maria kept in touch thru our journey and was standing ready to welcome us to our accommodation for the duration of our stay. She showed us round pointing out all we need to know. She is then available if you need her by text worked for me. The apartment is ground floor and has done nice shaded areas which are a bonus when it’s 29 degrees! From the terrace area you can see the back gate, 5 minutes stroll from there is the beach, chemist, shop (very basic, we found Aldi very easily on maps and went by bus). The beach is not overcrowded, very quiet at times and very relaxing. Alicante is 15 mins on 27 bus just outside the gate and cross the road where you see the bus shelter. Great to visit or to change bus. We caught the tram here to Benidorm which gave us great views along the way. All the transport people we come into contact with speak English and are very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked if you want a meal or two in. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. You can dry your clothes up in the 8th floor, fantastic views from here. The shower room was perfect plenty of towels and there is lots of linen if you which to change your bed (we washed ours in the morning and when we returned later that day it was dry and went back on the bed.) Thank you Maria for your outstanding apartment, the fruit-basket and fridge items you left us, and the lift to the airport! We will surly be back x If your thinking of booking this, stop thinking just do it, you will not be disappointed.

How do damage deposits work?
