The property is located in Montemar-Algorfa which is in the province of Alicante, Costa Blanca Spain. It is situated within a family friendly gated residential area controlled by an electronic door entry system. There is also a gated communal outdoor swimming pool area, which is exclusive to the residence and registered holiday-makers.

The entire Montemar Development is an excellent Holiday Retreat, where people from all nationalities resides and enjoy life in the sun

The Lounge/Dining area is well furnished with Air conditioning dispenser, Flat screen Tv, CD player, Acoustic guitar, Wall units with a wide variety of utensils, an expandable dining table and chairs, and Two double sofa beds.

Bedroom 1 - full-size double bed, fitted wardrobe, ceiling cooling fan and bedside table and lamps.

Bedroom 2 - two single beds, fitted wardrobe, ceiling cooling fan and bedside table and lamps.

Additional double sofa bed

Kitchen: Fully fitted - four ring electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, coffee maker, Juicer, washing machine and dishwasher (typical American style).

Bathroom: Fully tiled with full-size bath, overhead power shower, w.c. bidet and wash hand basin. All Linen supplied (except beach towels).

Harry Gardener the Property Manager resides on site in his own Apartment at No. 360. On arrival please enter 360 into the door entry system at the main entrance to contact him. He will welcome you and show you to the Apartment. He will also hand over the keys of the accommodation for the duration of your stay. I am his adopted son so be gentle with him and Enjoy!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bill (the owner) a message.

If Bill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
