rural charming accommodation located in the heart of the Biosphere Reserve Oscos-Eo and Terras de Buron, a few kilometers from Taramundi. The restoration has been very meticulous and quality materials have been used to guarantee a great comfort to our guests. The interior decoration is elegant and cozy. There is a possibility to organize catering service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are located in the countryside, where you can practice many sports, we have numerous hiking trails in the region, where you can see this beautiful place. Casona de Labrada actively collaborates with the environment through the use of renewable energy, underfloor heating and hot water is obtained from geothermal energy, all lighting is LED, we use rainwater and gray water. We are the first accommodation in Galicia and the second in the Cantabrian mountain range, which offers free to its customers the opportunity to recharge electric cars and other manufacturers TESLA Type II. Rural Tourism bet for quality and respectful with our environment.

Le agradecemos de todo corazón la estancia de su familia y su tiempo para comunicar sus sugerencias, siempre las tenemos en cuenta para mejorar en todo lo posible. No obstante, nos gustaría aclarar los puntos que nos ha comentado. Casa 1 Alquiler Completo *Las dos habitaciones disponen de armario, uno convencional y el otro abierto, tipo burro, se trata de otro diseño pero con la misma funcionalidad, con perchas y dos baldas donde colocar la ropa. *Las ventanas de las habitaciones también tienen apertura oscilobatiente, para permitir una ventilación adecuada e impedir que entren mosquitos, etc. *El baño es amplio, de 7,33 metros cuadrados, adaptado para personas minusválidas, como nos exige la ley de Turismo vigente. Consideramos que con un baño de este tamaño para 2-4 personas es lo que se ofrece normalmente en los alojamientos de turismo rural. *Ubicación. Nos encontramos a 3 kms. de una carretera regional (A Pontenova - Taramundi) donde hay un cartel amarillo, indicando el desvío hacia Casona de Labrada, Casa de Turismo Rural. En la aldea de Pacios, también hay otro cartel corporativo indicando la dirección a tomar. Nos encontramos en Google Maps, donde se puede consultar nuestra ubicación también. *Servicios: Nos consideramos un alojamiento que ofrece un servicio de calidad y personalizado a nuestros clientes, también para las Casas de Alquiler completo, como es su caso. Las detallamos a continuación. *Limpieza diaria gratuita y cambio de toallas a demanda del cliente. *Productos de acogida y secador de pelo. *Desayuno, del cual ustedes disfrutaron todos los días de su estancia. *Cenas frías, de las que informamos en el check in, en el manual que dejamos en las casas también proporcionamos restaurantes que preparan comida para llevar, si lo clientes prefieren no cocinar. Siento que este servicio no quedara claro, de haberlo sabido, les hubiéramos podido ayudar y su estancia hubiera sido perfecta. *Lavandería y planchado En el manual de las casas también especificamos los teléfonos de interés, restaurantes, supermercados, de emergencia, de todo el equipo de Casona de Labrada (Veli, Ana y Susana), en 10 - 15 minutos nos presentamos en el alojamiento en caso de que lo necesiten los clientes, cuando ustedes se alojaron estábamos completos, con otras 5 familias. Somos flexibles, aunque el horario de entrada es de 17:00 a 20:00 horas, ustedes llegaron a las 23:30 horas, les esperamos en A Pontenova para indicarles el camino y facilitarles la llegada. Como hemos comentado, siempre pensando en el cliente y adaptándonos a sus necesidades. Trabajamos con profesionalidad, dedicación y cariño. Hasta pronto y un cordial saludo para toda la familia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
