“Memorable Vacation and anniversary” Hello there! =) Just wanted to let you know we made it back from our vacation and had a lovely time. The condo was great--and great is a understatement with such a wonderful view and location!!! =) Absolutely the best!!! The staff was wonderful too. We will definitely be back. “Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Fantastic” Spent one week here with family incl. 18 month old grand daughter. We all loved it. Very well equipped and appointed, spectacular location. We had all our meals outside on the lovely private deck. The clean and virtually private beach was only a few steps away. The charming town was an interesting 15 minute walk and full of fun "hole in the wall" restaurants, many of which we tried and would recommend (Al Chimichurri,John Gray's, Tacos.com, Las Palmeras, Pepitas). Also enjoyed the Little Mexican Cooking School where 2 of us took the cooking class and the others joined us for lunch. Our January week in Puerto Morelos was absolutely delightful.

“Exactly as promised” Had a wonderful two weeks. Accommodations were pretty, clean, modern, and accessible to all Cancun attractions. View of pool and beach were breathtaking. We especially enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the Caribbean and waking to bright sunshine and pelicans, ospreys and other birds gliding over beautiful, blue waters. Housekeeping was on top of things and our owner called to see if there was anything else we needed. It was a quiet and safe place.
