“Home away from Home!” The apartment was amazing! It was everything the description said it was and more! Madelin made the experience even more enjoyable by meeting us and patiently waiting for our rental car and leading us to the apartment. They left some food in the apartment so we didn't starve our first night and left an amazing list of local places to eat! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent for a getaway in Puerto Rico!

“Super comfortable. Felt like home.” The location of this condo is amazing. The accommodations were spacious, very comfortable and exceeded our expectations, even though the pictures shown are very accurate to reality.We felt totally at home. Gladys, the owner was a gem. Met us at arrival, showed us around the premises and welcomed us with amazing tropical fruits (the sweetest papaya, guineitos enanos, aguacate and mango). The view of the beautiful beach is spectacular from the very spacious terrace. The condo is fully equipped with every necessary amenity imaginable. We could not have asked for a better location. Right on the beach, Plenty of restaurants, supermarket within walking distance and public transportation available to Old San Juan and or Condado. Gladys met us again at the condo to see us off. Our stay was for one month and we're sorry to leave but we told Gladys that we would definitely return and thanked her for her very kind welcome and kindness.

“Best value in San Juan Area” This was our second year in a row staying in San Juan and at ESJ towers. This place has it all! Our condo was in great condition and was decorated and furnished to feel like a home. We had an amazing beach and poolside view and the price of $100/night is such a great value. Isabel does a great job providing you with all of the appropriate information and was reliable on her end of things. I highly recommend renting through her for a really affordable and nice experience. We will definitely be returning in the future. The only downside of the complex is that the pool and beach close at 6pm daily.
