“Marvelous, experience, pool,beach, shopping stores, we had it al” Great service, the owners have a lot of experience on renting. The apartment is very consfortable, washer and dryer, flat screen TV, generator in case a black out, etc. Have all the amenities you need, very close. What I liked best, the beach, what liked least, no maid.

“Super comfortable. Felt like home.” The location of this condo is amazing. The accommodations were spacious, very comfortable and exceeded our expectations, even though the pictures shown are very accurate to reality.We felt totally at home. Gladys, the owner was a gem. Met us at arrival, showed us around the premises and welcomed us with amazing tropical fruits (the sweetest papaya, guineitos enanos, aguacate and mango). The view of the beautiful beach is spectacular from the very spacious terrace. The condo is fully equipped with every necessary amenity imaginable. We could not have asked for a better location. Right on the beach, Plenty of restaurants, supermarket within walking distance and public transportation available to Old San Juan and or Condado. Gladys met us again at the condo to see us off. Our stay was for one month and we're sorry to leave but we told Gladys that we would definitely return and thanked her for her very kind welcome and kindness.

“Great time in West PR!” We had a great time in Rincon at Joe's place. We had everything we needed with some of the highlights being beach chairs, Tupperware for packing lunches on day trips, access to a washer and dryer and a grill to cook the fresh fish bought at the market just down the hill. Joe was easily accessible by phone and checked in on us each day to see if we needed directions or recommendations. One thing that needed updated was the bath towels- they were thin and worn. Also, getting up the hill to the house can be tricky and a little scary until you get used to it. However, once you're up there and see the view of the ocean from the deck, all is forgiven and worthwhile. We would definitely return to Barrero Beach apt. and found the laid back atmosphere of Rincon a breath of fresh air compared to busy San Juan.

“Great Spring Break!” I stayed at the villa with 9 other roommates for spring break and it was a great trip! The villa was exactly the kind of arrangement we were hoping for: enough places for everyone to sleep without feeling cramped at all, a nice and clean kitchen, the best balcony to eat breakfast at (nothing like drinking coffee while looking out over the ocean!) and immediate access to the pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, and most importantly, the beach. As far as sleeping arrangements go, we worked it out to have 2 people in the queen beds and the double bed, 3 in the king size bed, and 1 on a futton in the living room. There are also two more couches in the living room that can easily be used to sleep on. The who resort is a little far from San Juan (about 40 min drive), so renting cars makes transportation much easier and will get you out of the resort area. It also makes going to the rainforest easy (which is something everyone should do!) The beach is beautiful, clean, and is great for swimming, playing, or taking walks along the shore. If you want a relaxing vacation by the water, this is an ideal spot. Also, the villas weren't very crowded (probably because we were there in an off week) so finding lawn chairs by the pool or hanging out in the jacuzzi was never an issue. And being walking distance from the casino at the Wyndham doesn't hurt, either! Definitely a great place to stay! I would highly recommend it for a big group of friends like I went with, or even for two families that want to go on vacation. Enjoy Puerto Rico!
