Superb 2 Bedroomed
Perfectly positioned, clean and well equipped apartment.

The apartment is modern and in an ideal position with the balcony overlooking the lovely pool, which meant we could sit out and watch our son in the pool. The apartment itself has a good layout, with good size rooms and was spotlessly clean. It was also very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils (which you do not always find with a holiday rental) as well as fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine and Sky freeview TV & DVD. All furnishings were well thought out from the lovely chaise sofa to good sized wardrobes. The local facilites are very good. The supermarket is out of sight but next to the apartment block. Bars and restaurants are 2 mins walk away, most serve free tapas with drinks and there are 2 beaches within 5 mins walk. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from offering a range of different foods including Spanish, English and Chinese. There is also a very good golf course opposite the apartments. We had a great holiday, very relaxing, lovely weather. Everyone we met was friendly both at the apartments and in Almerimar. We have already booked to go back next year and are looking forward to seeing the friends both we and our son made. … see more

An Apartment with everything

Someone has gone to great lenghths to ensure that everything you will need to make your stay a pleasant one has been taken care of, a nice little touch is the wine bottle stoppers just in case you don't finish the bottle. The apt is quite spacious with excellant decor and furnishings, the people who keep this apt clean are to be commended on a job well done The only thing missing in an apt as good as this is a "Safe" The description "Private Terace" is a little misleading, it is private horizontally but is overlooked by highter apts. The swimming pool is on the same level as the apt and is excellant with all day sun. Anyone arriving by car have excellant parking underneath the apt block. An excellant supermarket is nearby stocking everything and bars resteraunts and golf course are just short walks. … see more

Very nice apartment in a great location.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. All new fixtures and fittings. The balcony was very big with a big table to eat at with sun loungers provided. Owner was great with perfect communication. The agency that met us at the apartment were on time and very helpful. The pool area is lovely. It is close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and clubs. The description of the apartment does not do it justice. Highly recommended place to stay. We went as a group of 5 girls and felt very safe. … see more
Porto Fino Apartment with Marina and Sea Views
Lovely, spacious apartment close to shops and bars.

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment in a central location in Almerimar. The balcony has nice views of the marina, albeit over roof tops. The balcony is overlooked by the adjacent apartment block but privacy can be achieved by drawing the shuters across. All necessary utensils and equipment is provided including a washing machine and good sized tv, though only Spanish channels are available. The apartment was very clean just a shame they hadn't removed the fag ends from the planter on the balcony. The washhand basin was loose as was the toilet seat, but the shower was good and always plenty of hot water. The central location of the apartment does mean that it can be a bit noisy at night, particularly at weekends. Quite loud disco music could be heard on Saturday untill about 3 am. All in all a very good apartment in a very good location. … see more
