We have just recently returned from our stay at apartment A47.The apartment was just right for us it had everything we needed and the location was excellent with great views and near to lots of places to eat or drink and also there is a large supermarket just across the road.We enjoyed some great walks by the sea to other parts of Costa Tequise and on some days enjoyed a lazy morning on the balcony reading or admiring the views. We would not hesitate to return and in fact as we are now retired may even return sooner rather than later. One last point if you need to contact the owner you are dealt with immediately. We has a really good holiday. …

Costa Teguise Apartment
Homely apartment, great location. We will return.
The location of Playa Bastian was excellent, with the small, quiet beach just a few minutes walk, and some good restaurants (Oscar's and La Jordana in particular) just up the road, with a well-stocked Hyper Dino supermarket and bus stop opposite the complex. The centre of Costa Teguise is only a 10-15 minute stroll away where there are more shops, bars, restaurants and a large sandy beach.
The apartment itself was on the edge of the complex, clean, well furnished and equipped, with a good view over the pool but not being overlooked by those around the pool. We particularly liked the walk-in shower.
The owner responded to our enquiries very promptly providing location maps of the complex and the apartment.
We checked out Playa Blanca as a possible future holiday location but we enjoyed Playa Bastian so much we fully intend returning for one of our breaks next year. …
Playa Bastian A46
My friend and I have been to lanzarote before with an all inclusive package and decided that we’d go self catering this year. So glad we chose this booking. Lovely apartment with amazing views! As our holiday was after the half term, it was wonderfully quite! No loud music, screaming kids or anyone trying to involve us in silly games (ideal)
The location is perfect for exploring the area. Short walk to the beach, and restaurants. Shop just across the road, as well as the bus stop for travelling further afield. Needed to keep the bedroom
Window closed as road noise was a potential for night time disturbance ( not too bad though) We found shutting the window in the bedroom but keeping the bedroom door open and opening the lounge windows was enough to give a draft and keep you cool through the night without any traffic noise. Not sure what it would be like in peak season as there is no air con. Little pool bar with a very friendly owner. Swimming pools with sun beds, restaurants, shops etc literally on your doorstep. Got a great deal on gel nails at the local hairdressers (2 minute walk down the main road) fabulous massage at the coronas hotel ( again this was just down the road) very happy with my stay. …
Playa Bastian A35
Just a quick line to say what a brilliant holiday first time in Lanzarote apt very clean everything you need would reccomend a stay in this apt …
Gorgeous Views - very Peaceful
A really lovely bungalow with breathtaking views over the promenade to the sea. It is a quiet location, with just the sound of the waves and the palm trees! But it is not far from the bars, restaurants and shops of Costa Teguise, as a stroll along the prom will get you there in a few minutes. The promenade is easily accessible with no steps and the whole promenade and the complex are well-lit. The actual beach at Playa Bastian is quite rocky, but unusually for Lanzarote, this beach has disabled loos and access - but walk a little further and you come to El Jabillo beach, which is almost like a lagoon, surrounded by excellent snorkeling rocks.
The bungalow itself is compact, with a comfortable lounge, a nice dining room, two double bedrooms (both with double beds), one with ensuite shower room with washing machine, basin and toilet, and a family shower room with wc and basin (no bath). There is a good TV with lots of channels including Sky Sports, ITV, BBC etc. The wifi is really excellent. It has a large patio facing the sea, which has plenty of shade and it is wonderful to relax on and watch the world go by. It is well-designed with glass screens to protect from the ever-present breezes. The kitchen is well equipped, with ceramic hob, cooker, microwave oven and large fridge-freezer. It is easy to reach from the car park. The nearest shops are easily reached, and the nearest bar/restaurant is just around the corner - Los Amigos overlooks one of the complex's pools and is very good, especially for breakfast.
For those less-mobile, like myself, I would say the actual bungalow is very accessible, as there are no steps through the complex to get to the patio, although there are some slopes. The surfaces within the complex are well-surfaced for a wheelchair. There is a very low step into the actual bungalow (about 2-3 inches) and no steps inside. I would not say it is really wheelchair-friendly inside, as there are some tight turns and narrow doorways, but if you can get about yourself inside, you should not find any problems. The showers have step-over access, so you may need to consider that.
The pool is very close to the bungalow, and has access by roman steps into the nearest pool, which is heated, no experience of the other pools on the complex.
It says that the property can sleep 6, but in my opinion would be very tight. There is a very large safe, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in the bedrooms.
This is a very nice property, which has a very nice "family" feel to it and we have very much enjoyed our stay here. …
