“We'll be back!” Great having the clubhouse across the street. The college grads were in full force - so beware of that. They were not particularly noisy, but they had a tendency to swarm the beach and set up right on top of us. Walk into Duck was a pleasure - I do wish they had sidewalks!!

“Great house, but no internet” This house is the best deal we found anywhere. It was also a really nice house--nothing cheap at all. There were two big problems though. The ad says "high speed internet" but what that meant was not WiFi but rather a router that you plug into, and only one of the dozen or so computers that we tried to plug in actually worked. Also one of the bathrooms had a really moldy ceiling, so that needs to be taken care of. But if you have a phone that can teather and avoid that bathroom, overall it was ok.

“Everything we hoped for and more!” Green Iguana is located perfectly in near everything but yet you are in your own little culdesac of 3 homes. Its next to KH pier with your own walkway to the beach! The home has every kitchen item you can think of! The bedrooms are just what you see onli ne.. beautiful. Dont hesitate, its worth it!

“Will Rent this house again!!!” Great location - quiet and right across from the beach(not a far walk at all). Had kids ranging from 5 up to 20 and everyone had fun. Pool is small but only used for late night dips or after/before beach with kids. Owners even called to check up on our stay which was very nice of them!! Again we all had a great time & hopefully will come back again next year & will definitely rent this house!!

“Peace and Quiet” SmileAway was a great retreat for me and my boys. With the beach a few feet away, the pool and hot tub accessible 24/7, the basketball hoop and volleyball court always calling for a game, and the ping pong/billiards table available, there was never a shortage of things to keep us occupied. In the evenings, the boys enjoyed the video games, the house provided wireless as well as two desktop computers, and the kitchen and wrap-around decks were great. Plenty of bedrooms, everything imaginable provided, we would definitely seek SmileAway again.

“THE BEST!!!!” We arrived and were very suprised to find that there were towels and sheets provided and most importantly, everything was clean!! We have rented from other realtors and have found spider webs on porches as well as corners of the house. Not this one!!! House also had every amenity that you could imagine (except for a pool skimmer which was needed....) We loved it and will most likely rent it again next year!!! vbs

“Outerbanks repeat visitor” I love this house. This is the second time we have visted and specially requested this house. I really like that it sits on a nice quiet street. Two streets over is the beach, making it a 5 min walk. Close to the movie theater, shopping center and most resturants. Has a great pool and hot tub. Outerbanks Blue keeps it spotless!!! Need to check the gas on the grill, which is showing its age, but other than that small complaint (they refunded us for the gas) everything is perfect.

“Excellent view!!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with an unobstructed view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, but needs to update kitchen supplies a bit. Extra sheets and pillows for the pullout beds would have helped as well. All in all, we had an excellent stay and would use this house again.

“We Had a Wonderful Time” We really enjoyed Slam Dunk. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and it didn't hurt that we had a solid week of sunshine. Additional thanks to the owners for the gift of the cheesecake. Was tasty after the long drive in.
