“We'll be back!” Great having the clubhouse across the street. The college grads were in full force - so beware of that. They were not particularly noisy, but they had a tendency to swarm the beach and set up right on top of us. Walk into Duck was a pleasure - I do wish they had sidewalks!!

“Great house, but no internet” This house is the best deal we found anywhere. It was also a really nice house--nothing cheap at all. There were two big problems though. The ad says "high speed internet" but what that meant was not WiFi but rather a router that you plug into, and only one of the dozen or so computers that we tried to plug in actually worked. Also one of the bathrooms had a really moldy ceiling, so that needs to be taken care of. But if you have a phone that can teather and avoid that bathroom, overall it was ok.

“Excellent view!!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with an unobstructed view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, but needs to update kitchen supplies a bit. Extra sheets and pillows for the pullout beds would have helped as well. All in all, we had an excellent stay and would use this house again.

“We had a great time!!” Everything was fine. There were a few things we would like to bring to your attention wich is the dryer in this house did not dry things well at all. And we would have liked to have been warned ahead of time that we needed our own toilet paper and dish soap and hand soap and trash bags.

“Can do as you please !” Our family had a great time at the home. We were able to go to the beach when we wanted to, go to the pool when we wanted to or just sit around and relax. The location to the beach was great. The home was just as described. It was very comfortable, they made available everything that one would need on a vacation. We loved the fact that they provided beach items and bikes if you had not brought your own. A good price for the amenities & the location. On the virtual tour of the home however, it looks like the den was a seperate room, going into it we made arrangements of who would sleep where, so the den kind of through us off, when we found it was an open space, we just thought it was a seperate room. Another small concern was the amount of linen provided could have used a little more linen. Because we like to put things back the way they were we did see the vacuum cleaner but no broom and mop which we could have used!! Otherwise, we had a great time and we will be returing and looking forward to staying in the same home!!! Thank You !

“telaxing by the beach” Even though we were not able to check in until monday due to hurricane irene, the days were relaxing by the beach when we were there. We have rented this house before in 2007 and liked it alot so decided to rent it again. Thanks for a great time! The Guthy family.

“Relaxing and Fabulous.” We were very impressed with Outer Banks Blue and the rental experience through the company. We will most definitely rent from you again. The house was great for the price. Overall we had a great experience and a fabulous time! Looking forward to next year but, most likely will choose a different cottage as we have never stayed in the same one twice, we like variety and the group needs change from year to year depending on the number available to go.

“Week in Paradise” The house is perfectly situated in South Nags Head. It is close enough to enjoy all of the Nags Head amenities but far enough away to enjoy tranquility. Being right on the beach is always a treat but this beach is especially nice - life guard station right there and lots of beach space. The house...what a tremendous job the owner did on the renovation. We stayed in the house before the renovation so we really could appreciate the changes. We plan to make this our annual Memorial week vacation spot.

“A Solid 4.5 out of 5 Stars!” We enjoyed many aspects of this home. Every bedroom has its own television and bathroom. The salt water pool was incredible and the option of a hot tub added to the relaxation factor. Everyone had fun with the game room and it was super convenient to have a fridge adjacent to a sink and cabinet area in the game room and that pool just outside the game room! Did I mention how incredible the salt water pool was?! lol. Oh and the keyless entry was very convenient. Loved it! Best family vacay we've had in years! So glad we went with Beacon's Watch!
