“We Had a Wonderful Time” We really enjoyed Slam Dunk. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and it didn't hurt that we had a solid week of sunshine. Additional thanks to the owners for the gift of the cheesecake. Was tasty after the long drive in.

“All the amenities you could want!” Loved our stay at this one of a kind beach house! Thoroughly enjoyed the added "extras" like the private pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. My husband and I rented this house with three other couples. Having full-size beds and private baths in every single bedroom added a level of comfort that you can't find in many rentals. It was definitely hard to leave at the end of the week! The house sits on the main road so expect some traffic noise. However, it's a small price to pay for the many conveniences of being in the heart of the OBX. We can't wait to come back!

“A perfect family vacation.” Last year we stayed in the dunes and while it was absolutely beautiful, we wanted a location that was less remote. Duck/Sanderling was the perfect destination for us. We enjoyed Sea Fox and the extra amenities we hadn't planned on....wide range of games, videos, books, beach toys, infant toys, and a stroller were available. We were happy to take advantage of the stroller for the short walk to the pool. Sea Fox had beautiful oceanfront views. One morning we watched hundreds of dolphins jumping in and out of the ocean. The Duck/Sanderling area has enjoyable bike/running paths. Quaint shopping. Also very safe. Only negative to the house was that we had an issue with ants in the kitchen. The house was very clean, but we couldn't leave anything on the counters without ants crawling over it. It wouldn't prevent us from renting again though, as I'm sure it will be addressed.. Loved the keyless entry. The house has a wonderful layout. Didn't like the late 4pm arrival.

“telaxing by the beach” Even though we were not able to check in until monday due to hurricane irene, the days were relaxing by the beach when we were there. We have rented this house before in 2007 and liked it alot so decided to rent it again. Thanks for a great time! The Guthy family.

“Relaxing and Fabulous.” We were very impressed with Outer Banks Blue and the rental experience through the company. We will most definitely rent from you again. The house was great for the price. Overall we had a great experience and a fabulous time! Looking forward to next year but, most likely will choose a different cottage as we have never stayed in the same one twice, we like variety and the group needs change from year to year depending on the number available to go.

“Wonderful waterfront rental” We stayed at the Water's Edge with 3 total families, ea having 1-4 kids aged 10-15 yrs. The Nags Head area in general was fabulous & this rental's beach front location was beautiful. A short beach stroll to Jennette's Pier. The home was clean, easily accommodated our crew of 13, & we all had a great time. Pool wasn't yet open due to season, but the hot tub for 8 & the pool table were both big hits. Definitely recommend to others.

“Wonderful Ocean Views” Station Bay House is the perfect beach house for a family. The private ocean access and outdoor shower made it easy to take small children back and forth to the beach. The only thing we found wrong with the house was the water pressure was low in the outdoor shower. We cook every night and the kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever had. Loved the pine flooring on the main level because it was so easy to keep clean. The decor and furnishings were cheerful with enough places for everyone to sit, eat & be comfortable. Loved all the deck furniture. You could see the ocean or sound from almost all the windows so you felt as if you were outside all the time. The house was super clean. We have been renting beach houses from Duck to Corolla for 15 years and Outer Banks Blue is the only company that has really gotten the rental process right. The online booking was a plus but the most impressive aspect was having our check-in packet with house entry code mailed to us ahead of time so we did not have to drive out of our way to an office. We were also not required to check-out at an office. This saved us vacation time and hassels. I hope I never have to rent from another company!

“The photos don't do this home justice...” Our family wanted to experience staying under 1 roof for a holiday. We came together for Thanksgiving and it was phenomenal. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding on the bike path to the lighthouse and local park to watch others fly some of the most beautiful kites we've seen. The children had plenty of space to work on arts and crafts; while the adults played pool and board games. This house was comfortable, spacious and well suited for family who endears each other, but still needs their own space. The master suites served our group well and their girls had a nice room with bunk bed and trundle, while the boys camped out with their sleeping bags. This space served our 18 family members well. Can't wait to return again!

“A Solid 4.5 out of 5 Stars!” We enjoyed many aspects of this home. Every bedroom has its own television and bathroom. The salt water pool was incredible and the option of a hot tub added to the relaxation factor. Everyone had fun with the game room and it was super convenient to have a fridge adjacent to a sink and cabinet area in the game room and that pool just outside the game room! Did I mention how incredible the salt water pool was?! lol. Oh and the keyless entry was very convenient. Loved it! Best family vacay we've had in years! So glad we went with Beacon's Watch!

“Sea Song II is outstanding!!” We have been going to Sea Song II since it was built. It's located off the street with a wonderful view of the ocean in the front. There is plenty of space for the kids to play on the lower level and for the adults to socialize on the main level. There is a pool, hot tub, movies, games, bumper pool table, wet bar and 2nd frig on the lower level. Easy walk across the street to the ocean and pier.

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Rum Runner!” This home is fabulous! We love the proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The location is perfect in that once you cross the bridge, you drive about another mile and are done fighting traffic! We loved the decks on all levels overlooking the pool! A great home at the perfect location!
