“Beautiful, quiet and peaceful Villa” The photos cannot capture what a lovely home this is. Beautifully designed, amazing view and tremendously peaceful. With no windows the air is perfect and breezes relaxing. My girlfriend and I spent a week here and it was perfect for us, and would be ideal for a larger group as well. Well worth the bumpy dirt road ride from town. We cooked breakfast and dinner here daily (including fish we caught) as both of us have worked in restaurants for years (me on the wine side) and I have a food blog. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans etc. We do recommend making a trip to the street markets in Rivas for your produce...better quality and better variety (and less expensive). We surfed (and stood among huge Manta rays) at Playa Maderas, lazed on the beach at Playa Majaguel, helped baby turtles to the sea at La Flor, went night fishing catching 40 red snapper. Wonderful time. Thank you

“Truly amazing service” I knew I found the right place when I got an almost immediate response from my initial reservation. After talking with the owner, who gave me a lot of tips on the area and the country. I got pictures and video of the property and when we arrived in Nicaragua, a car and driver were waiting for us. He took us directly to the home and it was exactly as the video showed it. The housekeeper and the gardener were very helpful, the home was humongous, full of details, large pool, sand box for kids, hammocks, and a gorgeous view of the ocean at all times. It was great to go to bed and waking up hearing the waves. Our kids had a blast, we never felt them, they always had some activities going on, ping pong, soccer, swimming, or playing cards. We were with them but we felt we were on vacation from them as they never needed us. What a relief!!! This was a great vacation, highly recommended for everyone.

“Awesome” We spent 10 wonderful days in Sjds and look forward aro a return trip, staying much longer. This Condo was perfect in every way, 5 minute walk to te beach, 15 minute walk to town. Walking through the neighbouring village was definitely the highlight of our trip. The people are friendly and we felt very safe . This area is conducive to relaxation, no Costcos, no Walmarts, no great huge 5 star resorts. This condo offers all the comforts of home, thank goodness for aC. It is furnished with all the amenities you will need, including the best housekeeper around. Catalina treated us like royalty, cooking dinner for us one evening and inviting us over to a family dinner another evening and just being there to help us out. She is a true ambassador of this sleepy little village. We worked directly through Sylvia, the owner of the condo, and she's a terrific landlord, very helpful and considerate. Can't wait to stay again.
