“Sensational !!!” We had a wonderful stay at Waters Edge. The house and grounds were in immaculate condition. The owners readily made themselves available to answer any questions we had and ensure that our stay was perfect. The house is situated so that there is a stunning view across the ocean. The furniture and decor is comfortable and appropriate for the location. The ocean is easily accessible through your own private gate on the patio (under the palm trees and next to the pool). The patio is perfect for drinks and entertaining and we spent many mornings there watching the sunrise over the ocean while we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. Nassau is just 20 minutes away and Paradise Island, with its casinos, aquarium and water park is even closer. The fishing locally is superb as are the beaches. Cabbage beach, which is just up the road is so beautiful it takes your breath away. I would unreservedly recommend this property if you're looking for a private, Bahamian retreat on the ocean, close to fabulous dining and all that Nassau has to offer.

“Great Place” Stayed here with our teenage daughters, loved close proximity to everything. Walked everywhere! Stumbled into the pool it was so close and walked around the pool to get to the beach great!

“Home away from home” We had a blast! the house is right on the ocean and simply amazing. The kids really enjoyed the pool and all the great toys in the house, the beach and the playground and are asking to go back to "our home in the Bahamas" ;-) Restaurants are pricy and with the children it was great to have a full-fledged kitchen - We've stayed in other holiday rentals before and it is always annoying when you have nothing basic like salt,pepper, oil in the kitchen, This kitchen has all kinds of spices and all the tools one needs to really cook and the supermarkets were close and there was a grocery store in walking distance.
