“Luxury villa with waterfront location” Spacious Bahamas waterfront villa was perfect for our family vacation. We were impressed by the large well equipped kitchen. There are ceiling fans and air conditioners throughout. The Outdoor area which included BBQ, pool and lounges was well used by our family. It was only a short drive to the local supermarket. Villa is in a quiet residential area and Downtown Nassau is 10 to 15 minutes easy drive away. Thank you Marsha for letting us check in early. A thoroughly enjoyable vacation over Christmas 2017.

“Island Living” We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and had a relaxing holiday in this villa. Everything was in good condition and clean. We were really happy to be within a gated community with 24h security and that we had the beach to ourselves. We were dissappointed that it was a 15 minute drive to get to Paradise Island, but the way has the most amazing views of the Caribbean turquoise waters.
