“Great place for a party with choosen company” My friends and me visited Villa Marjeta in August for an extended weekend. Weather was great, the atmosphere in the Villa is really exquisite. Everything was clean and there was no piece of equipment missing. Although we did not use the grill there are 2 stone grills available! We spent the day time in Istria as everything is within 1 hour of driving distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Magical Motovun

The flat was large, light and spacious with views over the Mirna valley and above amazing cloud formations in the early morning. There is a cute balcony which overlooks the cobbled street leading up to the fortified town. The flat is less than five minutes walk to the centre and there are lots of good restaurants and truffles! LUXURY STONE VILLA WITH POOL
Best vacation ever in this villa

We were staying with my family and friends with their children and we enjoyed this immaculate stone villa in Istria. Accommodation was up to very high standard, perfectly cleaned and all as advertised. What is so nice was the pool terrace with beautiful view over Istrina hills and Butoniga lake, medieval Motovun on the hill top. Really a place you can re-fill your batteries. House was very well equipped regarding all kitchen facilities, barbecue, and washing machine, etc. Children loved the garden, the pool and terraces they can play on. Very quiet location, with just a few houses in the neighbourhood. Regarding arrival, we were welcomed by Barbara and escorted to the house, and she was really helpful and disposable if we needed anything, so that can really lower the stress of arrival and settling in. Great vacation.

Great atmosphere, great location, great countryside. This was best vacation we had in years. We spend a week in Villa and really enjoyed relaxed atmosphere and slowness of local living. If you need a gateway from daily living this is place to go. Visit neighboring city of Motovun, go to some local place to have a dinner, do a long walks around....really great. … see more

Stunning views in a beautiful location in a wonderful property.

Excellent value property. There were 8 of us in total ( parents, adult children,grandparents & grandchild) and this property appealed to all us. Their is a main communal room with cooking & eating facilities and then there is also 4 double ensuite bedrooms which also have stunning views and are very clean. The owners are very welcoming, leaving us homemade cake & homemade wine on arrival and making it clear they were available for anything we needed. A car is advisable. Beautifully designed, well equipped and spacious apartment!

Unfortunately we could only stay for 5 days in this beautiful apartment. My husband, our 15 year old son and me had 5 great days in Motovun. Olja and Milan were very friendly hosts who thought of every detail. Even a first aid kit was placed in the bathroom! I loved the way the apartment was designed and furnished.
