“Everything you need, steps from the beach” The apartment is very clean, nice and extremely well equipped - we found everything we needed from beach towels to sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella. It is located in a typical Maui condo near many restaurants, shops and beaches. Very good value for money, we highly recommend.

“Paradise Found!” We found the condo as well as the whole complex very clean and inviting. The lanai has a nice view of the ocean and Haleakala. It is a very short walk to Kamalo'e II Beach and the sand is ONO! The Kihei area is centrally located on the island. We snorkled off the point where we saw a Humuhumunukunukuapu'a. There is shopping and dining very close. Da Kitchen has very good plate lunch at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay again. Mahalo Joan.

“Fantastic Views” What a wonderful vacation, Joan's Maui Condos are the answer to nothing but relaxation. The condo is fully equipped. We practically lived on the lanai, breakfast watching the whales, lunch watching the whales and dinner watching the whales. If you are looking for down time this is it. Take some flip-flops, bathing suit, shorts and enjoy. Everything is close by, restaurants, shopping and beaches. So give yourself a break and relax, we have for the past 6 years and have enjoyed this vacation get-a-way.

“Beautiful location and rental unit.” My wife and I stayed there in 2011 and my wife and her friend were there in March 2012 and my wife and I are going there in Oct. 2012. Obviously we like the unit very much.The view from the lanai is beautiful.The unit has all the amenities you need to cook,play or just relax. The grounds are very nice with a pool,spa,shuffle board,BBQ,tennis courts,and probably more that we just didn't have time to do.

“Waiohuli Beach Hale - a longtime favourite of ours” We booked late, and there were not many units available in our favourite complex in Kihei. #214 is not a great spot, being on the front corner next to the parking lot - so noise from cars and occupants arriving and leaving. The unit itself leaves a lot to be desired - it is very tired and desperately needs some renovating. The carpeting on the lanai is disgusting and the louvered windows are very dirty. The facilities were adequate and relatively clean, given their age. That having been said, we were only in there for 4 nights, moving to another unit for the balance of our stay. We always enjoy staying at WBH, so were prepared to tolerate less than great conditions for a few days. We would not stay in this unit again.
