Enchanting Mill Cottage
Perfect self-catering cottage in enchanting spot

We loved staying in this thatched 2-bedroom 1-storey cottage near the ancient ruins at Kells, near Kilkenny - so much so that we came back for an extra night before our return to the airport in Waterford. It is surrounded by the owners' exceptionally pretty garden but inside is so pretty too - very comfortable, clean and well-equipped and really felt like a home-from-home. The owners went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a pint in Shirleys, the local bar, and the abbey ruins on the edge of the village are a short walk away. Highly recommend.see more
