“Sunshine break” Excellent location with great amenities close by- masymas (supermarket) 2 minute walk, 5 minutes to beach! Great garden/lounging area with shower area and a good sized pool! Apartment was well presented with two spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living area. A number of loungers were available for the pool side which was a welcome bonus. We would definitely return to this apartment and highly recommend it! Excellent communication with owner, issue with access/lock was resolved promptly.

“Great Golden Beach apartment” The apartment is well furnished and has everything we need. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Both bathrooms have good showers. Really good fridge -freezer in kitchen, all appliances are modern and feel new. Big smart TV and plenty of space to sit and to eat in lounge. Well placed terrace with another large dining table overlooking the pool. In particular we appreciated the ceiling fans in all bedrooms and individual air-con in every room with remote controls. Wifi works really well throughout the apartment. Location is ideal. 5 min walk to the Arenal beach, less than 5 min walk to a large supermarket and very close to a variety of restaurants including an Indian. Swimming pool is warm and the grounds are very well kept. Lift from the underground parking space to the apartment very useful. Honestly cant think of anything to improve. Thanks to Les and to Patti for their super quick responses to questions.

“Great Villa-Great Location-Great Relaxation-Great Holiday” Maureen and I have been taking villa holidays in Javea for many years now and this is by far the best villa where we have stayed. So much so that since we first visited in 2014 we have returned several times. We particularly appreciate the Welcome basket on arrival. The villa has everything we need including A/C, SkyTV, Internet, comfortable clean beds, nice safe pool, good private sunbathing area and lots of shaded sitting areas for relaxing or eating al fresco. The location is quiet and peaceful and there is a large well cared for garden with lots of colourful shrubs and extensive parking area behind secure fencing and gates. A particular appeal of this villa is that it is only a few minutes walk away from several bars, restaurants and also a small supermarket/bakery. A car is necessary to get you to the Old Town, The Port area, the larger supermarkets and the Arenal beach area where there are numerous restaurants lining the promenade. We have enjoyed our stay on every occasion so far and can't wait to get back again.
