“Large, light unit just steps to the beach” The unit is larger than it appears in photos. It is large, very well decorated and furnished and has plenty of light thanks to the side windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also well decorated and furnished with TVs in each bedroom. The enclosed inside terace and the outside terrace with BBQ and maintained feature garden add to the space and increases options for sitting and relaxing. It is well placed for downtown Tampa, the airport, miles of beaches, shops, restaurants and entertainment, and it is just next door to the swimming pool. Amazing sunsets. Very helpful and friendly night security (Jimmy)and maintenance staff. There are supermarket trollies and baggage trollies available inside by reception. If you are arriving after dark take a flashlight to get the key. The parking space is just on the left as you drive in to the car park (saves cruising the car park trying to find it)

“Awesome!” I can't describe how perfect this vacation was. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient - amazing. Just an awesome experience. I loved the sliding glass walls which made me feel like I was on a caribbean island somewhere. The pool and beach were beautiful and the sunsets kept getting better every night. The best part was how much of a relaxing vacation it truly was. I booked this on a whim and it was the best thing I ever did! Thank you.

“truly an oceanside retreat” The description and pictures of this cottage are quite exact with what you will experience at this perfect location. don't look for luxury or extras here, and we weren't! for the price, it was more than we expected. very very clean. all the basics that you need. my biggest disappointment is that windows don't open or stay open, and the levelor blinds are so fragile that they are almost unusable. some tlc would really help; lots of piles of electrical/tv cords. a beach tent folded up in the middle of the living area. however, the beach right out the front is perfect. the "neighborhood" is friendly. not a high rise area. lots of safe-feeling walking possibilities. great nearby restaurants. a great location for heading out to north and south attractions.

“Short Stay” Comfortable property, well furnished and plenty of 'standard' kitchen/dining items. Appropriate price for the property. Only issue we experienced was a group of teenagers took up occupancy above us the night before we were leaving and the noise, shouting, drinking and music went on all night. Fortunately we left the next day but this aspect, which is out of this particular apartments owners control, was a major issue and disappointment.

“Expectations exceeded” From the moment our family of five walked into this home, we were overwhelmed. The furnishings were exactly as pictured and described; the dining room table was beautifully set; the view from the second-floor balcony was gorgeous. But then the little touches began to emerge: the phone calls from Sherif to make sure that everything was in order; the pails, shovels and assorted beach apparatus that were free to use (to which we added 3 once-used kites); the abundance of kitchen tools that so many other units lack; the surround-sound 50" TV with the DVR and the free Dvds from Plumlee... I could go on. Getting to the water is a shorter walk than in some areas on the Gulf Coast; we've stayed in Treasure Island and Sand Key, where there's a whole lot more sand to traverse before you reach water. Our kids really liked that. The only thing missing from a hotel-type experience was a tiki bar, but a two-block walk south will take you to the Kooky Coconut, which has a great vibe, good soft tacos and beer/smoothies/ice cream. And even though the owners were out of town, they were far more accessible than a typical on-site rental mgmt company. We are already scheming to get back there next year.
