“Relaxing vacation off the beaten path” I was looking for a quiet place to relax for my teenaged son and I. We wanted to stay some place where we each had our own space and a full kitchen. We also didn't want to be in the middle of all the tourist spots but still close enough to the activity to enjoy it. Susan and Ricardo's place was perfect! More than enough space, very clean and comfortable. And I have to say that their suggestions for activities and advice made our vacation even better. They were very gracious hosts. While there I had one of Susan's massages - Wow! And we also had family pictures taken at the beach with Bahamas Papaya Productions - great photos to remind us of our stay. I hope to go back next summer!

“A lifelong dream” This vacation was an absolute dream come true. It was fantastic. We had a warm welcome from Robin (owner). He was more than helpful showing us the area. The beach is stunning and the people we met were great and very friendly. Can't wait till next year!

“This place rocks!!” My family, 3 adults and 2 kids, absolutely loved this house on the island of Grand Bahama. The house itself is beautifully appointed and very well kept. The canal in the back of the house was like looking into a giant saltwater aquarium. The backyard was large enough to play football as a family. The pool table was a very welcoming bonus. And the people we met who live on the island were the best in the world. Illeana, who helps maintain the house, and her family felt like family. She was so very kind and went out of her way to make us feel special. Her entire family was wonderful and made the trip one we'll never forget. Mr. Tynes, who drove us around felt like and old family friend. We travel quite a lot and this is in the top 2 of all our travels for sure. The owner of the house, Jason was so very helpful that he even sent us a phone that was usable in the island incase ours didn't work. It was perfect as our cell phones were useless (Sprint). If you decide to stay here, you will love it and start planning on how soon you will be returning to this lovely piece of paradise on an enchanted island with the nicest people you'll ever meet.

“Best location in Freeport” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Breakfast on this balcony was a treat for sore eyes! The one bedroom flat is close to the shops and restaurants of Port Lucaya and just a short walk to beautiful white sandy beaches. Port Lucaya, the centre for evening dining and entertainment, where there is daily dancing under the stars, is only a few minutes walk from the front door...and after a couple of Bahamas Mamas you may be very grateful for the proximity!! The apartment itself is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The complex has a super pool area and lovely gardens and a friendly atmosphere. Whilst we were there we found that the local residents were very welcoming and through drinks at the pool bar we learned about the local traditions and favourite haunts. The owners took good care of us and answered all our questions about the wild-life (it is the tropics afterall!) It struck a great balance of being able to do things your own way, and being surrounded by friends. It quickly felt like a home-from-home...only, in paradise! We highly recommend a visit!
