“nice” Great cottage and owner! Very clean, would recommend to others. The fans were a plus to keep us cool nigths. Nice gas grill outside too! Needs a bar-soap tray in shower.

“Relaxing” The cottage was in a great location. It had everything in it that one could need. Our only complaint about our entire stay was that the ocean water was very cold...not your fault.

“Adorable cottage, perfect location!” We had a fantastic stay - the cottage is adorable, very up-to-date and the path to the beach is just steps away. It was the perfect size and location for my husband, toddler and I. We loved East Sandwich beach - it's a large beautiful beach with crystal clear water (not crowded), and we especially liked the low-tides twice a day - our daughter loved looking for snails and starfish. The town is not crowded like others that we visited - we will definitely be vacationing at East Sandwich beach again.

“This is a charming vacation spot!” Sand Dollar Realty is the best place to find the right vacation spot. Maureen was so helpful with everything. I appreciated reminders of payments due, arrival instructions, etc. And when we couldn't find a lobster pot, she was on our doorstep with one! Oceanside #1 was absolutely charming; with a wonderful screened in porch and lovely furnishings. Loved it! We've been coming to E Sandwich beach for 26 years, have stayed in about 6 different places on N Shore Blvd. Wouldn't go any place else! We like the quiet beach, the sand bar, and daily trips to Joe's Lobster Mart. Add music and a few good books, and you have a perfect vacation! The only thing I would ask for is a little more sunshine! Thank you, Jerry and Maureen, for helping us with everything! See you next year!

“Great place to stay when exploring the Cape!” My mother and I vacationed at Cape Cod recently, & selected this property because it seemed like a good location from which to explore the rest of the cape. We were not disappointed. Everything about our stay was enjoyable: Maureen at Salt Marsh was very helpful; the house was the perfect size for the two of us; the living room was extremely cozy; and the deck was a great place to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The only bad thing was that we forgot to bring soap with us, so we had to run out and shop for soap before we could get cleaned up!
