“nice” Great cottage and owner! Very clean, would recommend to others. The fans were a plus to keep us cool nigths. Nice gas grill outside too! Needs a bar-soap tray in shower.

“Relaxing” The cottage was in a great location. It had everything in it that one could need. Our only complaint about our entire stay was that the ocean water was very cold...not your fault.

“Perfect family vacation rental” This property is the best! It hooks up with two other units so family and friends that book the same week can easily get together for gatherings and make plans or just hang out together. It is always clean and spotless. Plenty of parking and plenty of room to move around. This unit has a huge kitchen and adorable bedrooms. Not to mention the wrap around deck and the fabulous views of the marsh and bay. (bird watchers galore). This year we had a new refridgerator delivered as we arrived. The addition of a gas grill (instead of the dangerous and tedious charcoal one) was heaven sent. This unit also has a washer and dryer. (definetly needed for those sandy towels) I was heart broken when I thought we couldn't rent this property this year. When I started looking around for other places I found none compared. And the owners are simply wonderful people.. What more could you want? eh? J.T-W.

“This is a charming vacation spot!” Sand Dollar Realty is the best place to find the right vacation spot. Maureen was so helpful with everything. I appreciated reminders of payments due, arrival instructions, etc. And when we couldn't find a lobster pot, she was on our doorstep with one! Oceanside #1 was absolutely charming; with a wonderful screened in porch and lovely furnishings. Loved it! We've been coming to E Sandwich beach for 26 years, have stayed in about 6 different places on N Shore Blvd. Wouldn't go any place else! We like the quiet beach, the sand bar, and daily trips to Joe's Lobster Mart. Add music and a few good books, and you have a perfect vacation! The only thing I would ask for is a little more sunshine! Thank you, Jerry and Maureen, for helping us with everything! See you next year!
