“Very good stay” We have been at Elmas' Dream Apartments for 11 nights. Andreas,his wife and the whole staff they all have been very kind with us and exxtremly helpful. The standard apartment where we stayed was clean,nice and cosy. All was over our expectations. The price is very convenient. We rented a car from the airport but there ia s rental place just in front of Elmas. Buses to Chania and other places are very near and easy to get. Nice beach at less then 500 m. for the ones who doesn't like to drive themselves. We higly recomend to have breakfast there ( even if there are all the facilities in each apartments to cook by yourself ). For 5 euros only they will cook for you a whole breakfast. We thank Andreas for all.

“Lovely quiet apartment in peaceful resort.” We had a very enjoyable week at the Alexis Apartments. Our apartment was very clean and tidy with nicely coordinating furnishings. The triple windows with integrated blinds and insect screens were very useful as was the air conditioning with the unusual October heat. The welcoming cake and drink etc awaiting us was a very nice touch. A microwave or toaster would have been useful for breakfast and small meals, although we ate out for our main meals. The lovely beach is very close by and the enclosed bay ideal for swimming. October is very much the end of season, with cafes starting to close up and not many people around, but it was lovely and peaceful. It made a good base for exploring the west of the island, although you always have to drive back over the peninsula first. Thank you Susie and Alexis for your hospitality.

“Fantastic time spent in Sfinari!” It's well below zero here in Bergen Norway tonight when our thoughts go back to an absolutely fantastic 3 days spent in Sfinari as guests at one of Vassilis's great apartments - the antonia. Everything - from arrival to our goodbye - was so perfect! We long back to the warmt and friendly stay at villa antonia and wish we soon would be able to experience the nice, calm and beautiful village of Sfinari, with the few, but really nice restaurants (especially the one close to the road with the splendid sunset). “Great Greek Week” My wife and I with our one year old daughter had a really good week in Villa Klio. The Villa was clean and well kept. There were quite a few little things that meant this couldn't be a perfect review, but nothing that would stop us from going back. When we arrived there was no hot water, and the air con was broken in one room, but both of these were resolved the following morning. Other than that it's just very minor things, that if fixed would make the place perfect. The parasol by the pool was broken and there were no wall mounts for either of the showers in the villa. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped, for example, there was no large knife - made chopping a water melon very tricky. A brush was provided for washing up, but no cloth for wiping surfaces. Like I said, pretty minor stuff. That's the negatives over and done with. Our one year old loved the place, exploring all the different areas and making friends with the local cats. We enjoyed the choice of 4 eating areas, 3 of which are outside. Breakfast on the balcony in the sun was lovely, then there was by the pool and a shaded table outside the kitchen/lounge area. The garden was beautifully kept. There are double doors to outside from every room, making the place light and airy, and there aircon throughout if that's your thing. The location was nice and quite - if you want a nearby city or town, then this probably isn't for you. There are a few small eateries around, all of which seemed ok at reasonable prices. The best food seemed to be served at restaurants on the beach. To sum it up, it was a great place, and we'd happily go back.
