“Simply perfect” The Villa couldn‘t have been better! It is such a lovely place! The Villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. Ivan and his team are such nice and friendly people who welcomed us in the best way possible. They brought us a big plate with some cheese and a variation of typical sliced cold meats, fresh bread and juices. Ivan also brought us grapes and plums from his own garden. Besides the villa was equipped with everything we needed. There was more than enough space for us (group of 15 people) and the neighbours were very tolerant regarding to our partying. All in all we had an amazing holiday and would stay again at this beautiful property. I can only recommend it!

“Family Holiday” We were staying at Villa Palms with three families consisting 5 adults 7 children ages 2 to 12 years. Apartments were everything what we expected and what we had readed from previous rewiews. We had three apartments from 2nd floor, which all have seawiew balcony. Aparments were spotless and in very good condition. Owner was very helpful and patient for answering questions about surroundings and services provided. Owner organised our airport transfers which helped us a lot. Owner was also very patient towards our company which is really important when travelling with a group of children. We used amenities of Hotel Le Meridien (Tennis, spa and swimming pools) situated nearby. Best part still was the sea, which was on the spot. I would recommend these aparments by a heartbeat.

“Brilliant” We liked being close to the beach.We liked being near the local shop and the ease of getting in to Trogir by walking or by waterbus.We found it easy to hire a dayboat for a trip round the bay,and it was easy to take a boat trip from Trogir to Split.The cafe at the end of the road was also useful.

“Great house by the beach” We stayed at this house with three families (6 adults and 9 kids aged 1-12).The house was great, just by the beach so it was easy to go swimming with the children. Also the view from the terrace was great. The beach was nice and calm, mainly with Croatian tourists. There was also a small beach restaurant end a bar where we ate a few times. There was also a little supermarket when you walked up the steep hill but we made bigger grocery purchase in Omis town. So I would recommend that you rent a car. The house was big enough for our group. Of course with children you have to mind that there is a lot of stairs (it was a 4 storey house plus the apartment upstairs) but it was okay for our group because the 2,5 years old could already walk the stairs. The yard of the house was not big - mainly the terrace. But you could go to the beach which was just below the house. We made a few tours, in Omis town and by Cetina River, which was great and not too far away (to Cetina river it was only about 20-30 mins drive).

“Fantastic stay” We stayed in the downstairs flat of the two flats (blue colors in the pictures). We had an absolutely wonderful week! The apartment was more comfortable than we expected from the pictures, and it was very well stocked with glasses, mugs, good pans for cooking, etc. Many vacation rentals don't have great kitchen setups and this was well above average. My favorite parts about this were the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of Fabjan and his extended family, who live nearby up the hill, and the fantastic garden. The garden was beautifully laid out, with a nice outdoor kitchen, patio with lounge chairs looking right down at the beach, and then the beach is 3 steps down from the patio. It was really ideal. For those worried about staying outside of Split, don't be. Split is rather crowded and smelly in summer--we were happy to have our oasis outside of town and to go into split on a few different days to see the sights without being stuck in Split. We didn't have a car rental, but perhaps next time we would--the bus schedule was unreliable and waiting in the hot sun 30 minutes for a bus into town wasn't ideal. We rented a car one day to see nearby castles and roman ruins, and in hindsight it would have been nearly the same price to arrange a rental for a week in advance as it was for our last-minute rental from the nearby Hotel Meridien (5 star hotel just up the beach).

“Far from the madding crowds!” If you like your own space which contains the clearest seawater you have ever seen stay at the Villa Punta Ruzmarin. Dinko and Meri are wonderful hosts and ensured that our family reunion was relaxing and that we had everything we needed including delicious homemade strudel! The swimming is superb and the view lovely. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable with air conditioning. The seafood restaurant Bilin within walking distance is excellent. We also had very good meals at the eco-agriculturo on the road to Supetar which promotes local fresh produce and traditional cooking. The island has plenty of places of interest and some lovely beaches. A trip on the ferry to Split was a highlight. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
