“Had a great time!” We only had a problem with the living room rug. It was a trip hazard as it was already bent up from people tripping over it. The basketball court was nice but we didnt get much use out of it due to lack of shade. Also the area around the court is full of sand burrs and thorns. Other than that we had a nice stay. The closets are well stocked with linens and even beach towels for the pool. We also enjoyed the board/card games. The three pools are very nice and well shaded. Overall a great experience!!!

“Nice but not for light sleepers” The condo is well-located, clean and well-furnished. The only problem is that it's a first-floor unit and the poor construction of the floor above means that you can hear every step, as well as whatever other clunking noises are being made at 2 am.

“Lovely, spacious condo with everything we needed!” This condo was beautiful with all the amenities. One of the three pools and hot tubs were conveniently located near our condo. Steve was very accommodating and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

“Great experience!” I loved the home because it was cozy, spacious, very clean and new! Even had a fun little putting green in the back as well as an outdoor fireplace with cozy outdoor furniture. The backyard was nice and private with an awesome view overlooking some mountains and hot air balloons floating high up above. The neighborhood was so beautiful and peaceful. Its a gated community so I felt very safe. So its a great place for families or even a group of adults getting away for a vacation. Some added bonuses were that there is access to a hot tub and pool in the community and only a short walk from the house. The people managing the property were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of and even gave great suggestions of what is around the area. I loved how there were awesome restaurants close by! Mellow Mushroom was one of my favorites and I have to eat gluten free. So I was amazed by how easy it was to find a variety of options for going out to eat near the house. Great shopping and movie theaters and other fun things close by to check out! Loved my stay there and definitely will be back again!! I already recommended a friend of mine and they had a wonderful experience as well.

“This is a great place to stay.” We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Bryan was a perfect host: helpful and friendly. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. It was well equiped with everything we could possibly need. The pools were fabulous to relax in and around. Shopping is 5 minutes away and Costco is across the street. We would love to stay here again when we are back in Phoenix.

“Comfortable Condo” My husband and I stayed here with our dog for 2 months, February and March, 2015. This unit is very comfortable, supplied with everything you might possibly need during your stay. The premises are spotlessly clean. The owner was always available and did everything she could to ensure we were satisfied. I cannot imagine a more friendly, organized or efficient manager than Candace. She left printed instructions to most answer most questions a tenant might have about the condominium and the area, but responded quickly when we had any request. The unit is on the ground floor, located just across the street from the pool area. The designated parking spot is conveniently located a few steps away from the front door. Although the pool isn't heated, there is a nice hot tub/Jacuzzi in the pool area, as well as lots of lounge chairs and patio tables. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and visiting with other residents in the sunshine. Everyone we met here was very welcoming, and many other tenants had pet dogs or cats. When relatives came to stay with us for a few days, they told us that the fold out sofa, with the addition of the mattress topper provided, was quite comfy!
