“Family Vacation” Parents/grandparents (us), three adult children, two with spouses, 8 year old twins, 5 year old and a 7 month old, all had own bedrooms and bathroom. All bedrooms are large as are the bathrooms There is a pack and play on site and plenty of sitting areas where people do not have to crowd together. The private beach is very large, the pool great for all. Easy driving to Rum Point where we snorkeled, hung out on beach and ate out. We had two cars and explored the whole island seeing the attractions and beaches, restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped and there is an outside grill. This is a go back to villa. The area is not crowded like 7 mile, yet easy to get to for the shopping on non cruise ship days. The villa is very clean and well equipped. We stayed the end of June and beginning of July and only had one partially rainy day. We came in two groups, and the NY group had a later leaving flight than our late morning flight home to D.C. the owner let our daughters, spouse and baby have a late check out since their flight did not leave until 4:00 p.m.

“Great Vacation” After reading the great reviews this place gets our expectations were really high and it did not dissapoint. Karen really makes it easy with the packet and suggestions prior to arriving. The condo was very clean and she truly has thought of every need. Kitchen has about every utensil you will need, there are lots of beach towels, T paper, bug spray, etc. The place feels very home like. The location really is great. The bar is truly right next door but closes by 7p so it is very quiet and relaxing. My two boys (5 and 7) would get up every morning with their Papa and walk on the pier seeing lots of fish and stingrays and chasing crabs. Great memories for them. We walked down the road to the public beach which is about 600-700 yards.....and snorkled back. We saw ton's of fish and great gardens of coral. The snorkeling is great as you end up right in front of the condo. Highly recommend taking Karen's advise on water shoes for the beach in front of the condo. Lots of rocks and coral. We really enjoyed Tukkas to eat as their lion fish tacos are incredible. Kurts Corner is a must as this is where the locals eat and the food is great and the price is less expensive. It is not on the beach so we got take out a few times and ate back at the condo. I would recommend going over to Kaibo for the stingray city tour as it is about 1/2 the price vs if you book it right next door to the condo. Plus the boat is smaller and he only takes 10-12 people at a time. Also takes you snorkeling after visiting the sting rays. Rum Point is truly a great place to stay as it is much sleeper than Seven Mile Beach. It does get somewhat active for lunch time as a few cruise passengers show up but they are generally there for 2-4 hrs. The only place we thought the food was just ok was at the ShipWreck. Pricey and just not that great of food. Have someone run up to Kurt's and bring it back. The only thing I would change is outside the condo they had the grass area roped off as they were trying to grow sod. My boys would have loved to throw the ball or kick a soccer ball there but could not. This just means it will be that much nicer when we return!!!!! This truly is a wonderful place to be with your family if you like something a little more layed back. Also Starfish point was fun as we were the only people there for 2 hrs.

“Our Cayman vacation” We had a wonderful vacation to the Cayman Islands. The condo was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. We made breakfast in the morning and ate on the lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean. A couple days we turned the air conditioning off and open the windows. There was a great breeze and we could hear the ocean and palms. It was wonderful to go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the ocean. We loved the location. We stayed 2 nights in Seven Mile and the crowds of people was enough for us. The area the condo was in was away from all the crowds of tourist. On a return trip we decided we would rather stay at Rum Point, away from the crowds. The beach was great but water shoes are a must. We had tropical fish and stringray swim around us while just wading in the ocean. My husband and brother-in-law did some snorkeling and said there was plenty to see. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Not that we spent alot of time in the condo, mainly to sleep and eat. We had 4 adults in the condo and we were comfortable. What we like best is we were away from the crowds which made for a truly relaxing vacation!! We are already talking about going back!!!
