“Excellent Cayman Kai Condo” We've stayed in the Kaibo Phase II condos several times previously and Moonlight Kai did not disappoint. Maia was really easy to work with in setting everything up. We had one slight issue with the payment (nothing to do with Maia) which was easily cleared up with a quick visit to the rental management office two minutes away. The furnishings are very modern, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and having Kaibo right next door cannot be beat. All in all, if you're looking for the quieter side of Cayman but still close to the essentials then this condo will suit you perfectly. We'd definitely rent this unit again.

“Honeymoon” I spent two weeks in Grand Caymen on my honeymoon... The first at the ritz and the second at this remarkable property fit for royalty. I'll start by saying the house is insane with a private pool and hot tub. The inside of the house is extremely comfortable with all the comforts of home. The land the house sits on is very secluded and views of the ocean are ridiculous. My wife and I started everyday with morning yoga overlooking the ocean. We finished every night with a romantic hot tub looking at the stars. One of my favorite things about this house is I could swim out to the reef which took no more then 5 minutes and have insane snorkeling. There was plenty of other things to do in the area... Jet skiing and beach within a 5 minute drive. We had a car and driving into town when we wanted to go out to dinner was no problem. The owner was very knowledgable about the island and pointed us to all the best local restaurants. This is by far the most beautiful part of the island and would recommend this home for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. I can't wait to get back!!!

“Best Beach Home!!” My family has stayed in many rentals on different Caribbean islands. This house by far had the best beach. Waking up every morning and being able to walk out 20 feet to the ocean was incredible. The house was extremely accommodating for young children. Had a stroller, monitors, baby gates, pool/beach toys, etc. my family and I will be returning!! However, the housekeeping service was a little poor. Wasn't a strong clean every day.

“Sunset Cove” Beautiful condo; Situated on 7 mile beach. As a first timer to Grand Cayman, the trip was booked solely on the condo as viewed online. We were not disappointed. Bill Newton, owner, has equipped the condo with all the 'tech' savvy items you could want. Alexa {?} controls the fan, lights, etc. Huge TV made teens happy...... The hot tub, pool with swim up bar and grill are great. The rock protected cove with access to the open water allows for snorkeling on a nearby reef. The city buses run all day--you just flag one down--pay $2.50 US and they let you off at your destination.

“Our Cayman vacation” We had a wonderful vacation to the Cayman Islands. The condo was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. We made breakfast in the morning and ate on the lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean. A couple days we turned the air conditioning off and open the windows. There was a great breeze and we could hear the ocean and palms. It was wonderful to go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the ocean. We loved the location. We stayed 2 nights in Seven Mile and the crowds of people was enough for us. The area the condo was in was away from all the crowds of tourist. On a return trip we decided we would rather stay at Rum Point, away from the crowds. The beach was great but water shoes are a must. We had tropical fish and stringray swim around us while just wading in the ocean. My husband and brother-in-law did some snorkeling and said there was plenty to see. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Not that we spent alot of time in the condo, mainly to sleep and eat. We had 4 adults in the condo and we were comfortable. What we like best is we were away from the crowds which made for a truly relaxing vacation!! We are already talking about going back!!!

“Perfect getaway for couples and families” This property held all of its promises. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. Only sun, fun, sand and lots to do. A beautiful beach invited for a swim at any time of the day or night. The perfect recipe against jet lag. Snorkeling was great too. Try it at nighttime for animals you normally will not see during the day. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived rather late in the evening and although the office was closed somebody was waiting to give us the keys. There is a public bus we however rented a car for flexibility to get around the island. Unit 11 had all the amenities required and then some. We especially liked the ice maker for a pre-dinner beach drink. Perfectly furnished with excellent beds for a great sleep. Given the opportunity we will definitely come again and recommend staying here to our friends.
