“Good value family apartment” We enjoyed our stay here. Easy walk to and from metro. On the metro line for the acropolis which was convenient for acropolis, Plaka and some lovely walks. Big mall two stops away on metro. The apartment was clean and bright and we made good use of the balcony. Air conditioning great. Only basic equipment in the kitchen but we still made some good meals. There's a huge 3 story supermarket in the square across from the metro plus local shops and places to eat. The restaurant you will walk past on the corner on the way to the apartment was great and inexpensive and felt very authentic/ like a hang out for the locals. The suburb of Daphne feels like a typical Greek neighbourhood. You will feel like your staying amongst locals rather than in a tourist location. There was a local produce Market in the streets around us one morning which was lovely. The owner was easy to contact and spoke excellent English. No problem accessing building and the lift was very handy.

“I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Athens” The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures: brand-new, well equipped, clean, sunny and nicely decorated. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Athens. We are a couple with two kids aged 15 and 5 and the place was perfect for us, with all the comfort we were expecting and much more. We were there by the end of July during the taxi strike and using public means of transport to travel to all the places we wanted was easy and straightforward. The location is great, quiet but very well connected and with all that one may need (supermarket, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, bars, bus, etc) in the vicinity. Nikos, the owner, is an excellent host and we are really grateful for all he did for us, he even greeted us with a basket with ham, cheese, croissants, wine, yoghurt, marmalades, butter, bread, etc. and called us many times during our stay to see how things were going. Much more than what were expecting!! The apartment itself is excellently equipped, the air conditioning worked absolutely fine and the washing machine was a plus in such hot weather. We definitely want to return to Athens one day for five days is truly not enough for such a great city, and we will definitely try to stay again at this apartment. Thank you very much Nikos, we had a memorable stay!! Silvina from Buenos Aires, Argentina

“HOME away from home” I booked Acropolis Blue for a group of 6 people (3 couples). Initially, the group felt that the apartment was expensive compared with hotel rooms they suggested (especially after the credit card and exchange rate premium added). I wanted something much better than small hotel rooms. Their opinion changed when they stepped into the apartment. The first comment was it definitely is worth the money we paid and they just loved it. It essentially is a HOME with 3 en-suite bedrooms. (In fact, there is a fourth one that we did not use.) We enjoyed the usage of the large balcony for relaxation and breakfast. The roof top had a view of the Acropolis and we enjoyed sunset there too. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and maintained. Just like HOME away from home. Good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Nadia gave us good advice. Oh, we had breakfast in the recommended little bakery three times during our stay. We had alll our dinners around the apartment area during our stay except the day we had a day trip out to Cape Sounion for sunset. I like to sum up our dining experience as good food, cheap, and FUN. Friendly and helpful service. Carole responded to all requests and questions I had during the booking process. Nadia who welcomed us at the apartment and Nick who took us out for two day trips were just great. Overall, we enjoyed staying in Acropolis Blue and the excellent services provided.
