“Brilliant apartment - everything you could want” This was a brilliant apartment with everything you could want included. Really comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom. Lovely living area with TV and English channels. It was in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, restaurants, pubs, beach, shops. Would highly recommend it, we hope to return here

“Fantastic apartment with great garden with sun all day and within 5 mins walk to Resturants , Shops etc” Great Apartment really Clean and tidy had a welcome pack left with water milk etc to start us off great out side area with its own garden with sun beds and deck chairs etc best thing was it had sun all day from morning to night and only a 5 min walk to great Restaurants , shops and a similar time to walk to harbour/beach a very enjoyable and relaxing break and will definitely return to this apartment again

“Fantastic Apartment” Just returned from an 8 day holiday in what I can only describe as a beautiful apartment on a beautiful complex. We have stayed in the Cristian Sur on a few occasions but usually stay in apartments that are owned by the complex which are a lot more expensive and nowhere near as nice so we where extremely pleased when we were able to rent this apartment from Paul & Lynsey, who were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is very modern, spacious and spotlessly clean with a very large living area, there is a small compact kitchen which had everything we could of possibly of needed, we especially enjoyed breakfast on the large downstairs balcony while watching the sun rise over the stunning mountain views there is a large table and chairs on this balcony which is perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. The upstairs balcony is very tastefully furnished with rattan patio furniture and this is where we enjoyed our late afternoon sunbathing. There is a really good cafe bar and supermarket on the complex if you don't want to go out but there is also a wide range of bars and restaurants in very close proximity to the complex which we find are all very reasonably priced. The complex is all on flat ground and the beach and Harbour is only a short 10 Min stroll and the main bus station is only a couple of minutes away. All in all we are so please we have found this gem of an apartment as it is far superior to anything we have stayed in on the complex before, we had amazing time and will definitely be returning for another fantastic holiday. Many thanks to Paul & Lynsey for making our booking very smooth and transparent from start to finish!!

“Ticks a lot of boxes.” Small nondescript entrance masks a lovely pool and terrace area. Sunbed hire for minimal cost during the day. Central location - easy walk to all main areas. Plenty bars/ eateries nearby .Privately owned flat is probably more modern than holiday lets surrounding. Andrew ( owner) responds very quickly to enquiries. Had occassion to call on management team for a small issue and it was promptly resolved. One double and one twin room are comfortable but warm. Fans provided. The bar and club below are noisy from 10 till about midnight. As it is a busy area,, some street noise can be heard. Otherwise the flat met all my needs with the bonus of British tv channels. Balcony got the sun all afternoon. No major issues and I have re booked! Says it all!!

“Lovely accommodation” Just returned from one of our many trips to Castle Harbour . Another great holiday . From the initial booking of the accommodation until arrival the whole process was very professional yet extremely welcoming . The accommodation couldn’t have been better! “Fabulous apartment” We have stayed in Tenerife Royal Gardens many many times, as we think the location cannot be bettered. This apartment is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It has everything you need for a home from home holiday. I hope to book again in the not too far future.

“Looking forward to our return to this fabulous apartment and resort.” We thourouly enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment. It had every thing you need for your holiday and looks over the pool and sea. Marie the owner is very helpful and informative. We would definitely recommend this duplex apartment and it is situated in a desirable location. Designer shops. Excellent restaraunts not to mention Harry's Bar for cocktails locking over ther fountains.We stayed for a month and found some excellent restaraunts locals and long stay holiday makers always used these. Pizzeria oro di Napoli Best pizza £5.50 euro Wood burning Oven Bar El Cine fast sea food excellent price and Quality El Cedro full English breakfast including tea , coffee for two £6 euro Meson Castellano typical Canarian Entrecôte Steak £16.35 euro always full. Restaraunt Raymond specialist Paella £25.80 all locals eat here and always full. Restaraunt Habibi Lebanese food with belly dancing on a Friday night Restaraunt Fortunate Bratislava left the best to last three course meal £10.95 euro find it and need to book full every night. Fantastic three course meal you won't believe it and you will return. Hope this saves a bit of leg work. We tried other restaraunts but these were defiantly the best Good Luck !

“Great holiday at 19 Verde Cristian Sur” We had a super holiday in Los Cristianos with excellent accommodation which was of a high standard and very well furnished and equipped for all our needs. There was a choice of pools, convenience stores and the staff were helpful and friendly, and it was a pleasure to deal with Paul and Lynsey.
