“Friends & Family holiday” Had such a lovely time here in tenerife.The apartment had everything we needed.Great balcony overlooking the main road of shops & bars.Lovely and clean and very spacious.Plenty of storage.Washing machine was handy.Pool was lovely plenty of room.Sunbeds were payable but not a problem just thort a bit of music wouldnt go a miss Bit quiet around that area but staff at the pool bar couldnt do enough to help.Lovely,Friendly and polite and served great breakfast and snacks.We would definately return and hope to soon.Had a really lovely holiday.Cant wait to come back. “Fantastic Apartment” Just returned from an 8 day holiday in what I can only describe as a beautiful apartment on a beautiful complex. We have stayed in the Cristian Sur on a few occasions but usually stay in apartments that are owned by the complex which are a lot more expensive and nowhere near as nice so we where extremely pleased when we were able to rent this apartment from Paul & Lynsey, who were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is very modern, spacious and spotlessly clean with a very large living area, there is a small compact kitchen which had everything we could of possibly of needed, we especially enjoyed breakfast on the large downstairs balcony while watching the sun rise over the stunning mountain views there is a large table and chairs on this balcony which is perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. The upstairs balcony is very tastefully furnished with rattan patio furniture and this is where we enjoyed our late afternoon sunbathing. There is a really good cafe bar and supermarket on the complex if you don't want to go out but there is also a wide range of bars and restaurants in very close proximity to the complex which we find are all very reasonably priced. The complex is all on flat ground and the beach and Harbour is only a short 10 Min stroll and the main bus station is only a couple of minutes away. All in all we are so please we have found this gem of an apartment as it is far superior to anything we have stayed in on the complex before, we had amazing time and will definitely be returning for another fantastic holiday. Many thanks to Paul & Lynsey for making our booking very smooth and transparent from start to finish!!

“Fabulous” An excellent location, 2 mins to beach and 5 mins to Safari centre. The apartment is spotless, the bed is very comfortable and the washing machine came in very useful. The complex is lively with a large pool and plenty of sun beds. The staff were meticulous in cleaning and making sure all surfaces were regularly sanitised. We enjoyed our two weeks so much that we extended our stay! Looking forward to coming back in 2021

“Great place to stay.” This apartment is in a great location in a popular complex. We required accommodation which was accessible for someone with disability and we were delighted with the facilities available. A walk in shower is a must for us when choosing where we are going to stay and we were pleased with what was on offer. The apartment is close to the pool and the promenade is accessible by a ramp beside the apartment and by a gate at the end of the pool area. The kitchen has everything you might need and the fact that a washing machine is available is great when staying for a couple of weeks. The sitting area is comfortable and the television offered us enough channels that we were able to relax and watch familiar programmes at the end of the day. We had booked this apartment pre-covid and had to postpone our holiday twice before we finally were able to visit Playa de Las Americas. The owner was very considerate during this time and we grateful for all the understanding shown to us. The best endorsement I can give this apartment is that we have already booked for later in 2022.

“Nice modern clean apartment” I stayed at this apartment with my 2 children from the 15th of October until the 21st. The apartment is nice both inside and out, new modern kitchen and toilet/shower room. Was spotless and had everything you require for self catering all the utensils etc. The pool is a great size, lots of sun loungers and nice pool area too and clean. Ideally located with lots of restaurants, bar/cafes on your door step and the beach at the back door of the apartments. I would definitely stay at this apartment again. I do believe that there are other apartments which are cheaper however from speaking with others I believe some are quite dated and run down therefor this apartment was a good choice. My only down side was that there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a plug in fan also. But everything else was good, Ines was also very helpful.

“Great holiday at 19 Verde Cristian Sur” We had a super holiday in Los Cristianos with excellent accommodation which was of a high standard and very well furnished and equipped for all our needs. There was a choice of pools, convenience stores and the staff were helpful and friendly, and it was a pleasure to deal with Paul and Lynsey. We are hoping to return in the near future and would recommend it to anyone
