“Friends & Family holiday” Had such a lovely time here in tenerife.The apartment had everything we needed.Great balcony overlooking the main road of shops & bars.Lovely and clean and very spacious.Plenty of storage.Washing machine was handy.Pool was lovely plenty of room.Sunbeds were payable but not a problem just thort a bit of music wouldnt go a miss Bit quiet around that area but staff at the pool bar couldnt do enough to help.Lovely,Friendly and polite and served great breakfast and snacks.We would definately return and hope to soon.Had a really lovely holiday.Cant wait to come back. “Ticks a lot of boxes.” Small nondescript entrance masks a lovely pool and terrace area. Sunbed hire for minimal cost during the day. Central location - easy walk to all main areas. Plenty bars/ eateries nearby .Privately owned flat is probably more modern than holiday lets surrounding. Andrew ( owner) responds very quickly to enquiries. Had occassion to call on management team for a small issue and it was promptly resolved. One double and one twin room are comfortable but warm. Fans provided. The bar and club below are noisy from 10 till about midnight. As it is a busy area,, some street noise can be heard. Otherwise the flat met all my needs with the bonus of British tv channels. Balcony got the sun all afternoon. No major issues and I have re booked! Says it all!!

“Fabulous apartment” We have stayed in Tenerife Royal Gardens many many times, as we think the location cannot be bettered. This apartment is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It has everything you need for a home from home holiday. I hope to book again in the not too far future.

“Looking forward to our return to this fabulous apartment and resort.” We thourouly enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment. It had every thing you need for your holiday and looks over the pool and sea. Marie the owner is very helpful and informative. We would definitely recommend this duplex apartment and it is situated in a desirable location. Designer shops. Excellent restaraunts not to mention Harry's Bar for cocktails locking over ther fountains.We stayed for a month and found some excellent restaraunts locals and long stay holiday makers always used these. Pizzeria oro di Napoli Best pizza £5.50 euro Wood burning Oven Bar El Cine fast sea food excellent price and Quality El Cedro full English breakfast including tea , coffee for two £6 euro Meson Castellano typical Canarian Entrecôte Steak £16.35 euro always full. Restaraunt Raymond specialist Paella £25.80 all locals eat here and always full. Restaraunt Habibi Lebanese food with belly dancing on a Friday night Restaraunt Fortunate Bratislava left the best to last three course meal £10.95 euro find it and need to book full every night. Fantastic three course meal you won't believe it and you will return. Hope this saves a bit of leg work. We tried other restaraunts but these were defiantly the best Good Luck !

“Great place to stay.” This apartment is in a great location in a popular complex. We required accommodation which was accessible for someone with disability and we were delighted with the facilities available. A walk in shower is a must for us when choosing where we are going to stay and we were pleased with what was on offer. The apartment is close to the pool and the promenade is accessible by a ramp beside the apartment and by a gate at the end of the pool area. The kitchen has everything you might need and the fact that a washing machine is available is great when staying for a couple of weeks. The sitting area is comfortable and the television offered us enough channels that we were able to relax and watch familiar programmes at the end of the day. We had booked this apartment pre-covid and had to postpone our holiday twice before we finally were able to visit Playa de Las Americas. The owner was very considerate during this time and we grateful for all the understanding shown to us. The best endorsement I can give this apartment is that we have already booked for later in 2022.

“Great holiday at 19 Verde Cristian Sur” We had a super holiday in Los Cristianos with excellent accommodation which was of a high standard and very well furnished and equipped for all our needs. There was a choice of pools, convenience stores and the staff were helpful and friendly, and it was a pleasure to deal with Paul and Lynsey. “lovely apartment” 5* apartment in a beautifull complex. this apartment has everything you need, even though it doesnt have a view that didnt matter to us at all.Yes as other reviews say you have to pay for A/C but that is in my mind only fair. Everything was very clean and the pool area was spotless. I will happily book this apartment again. Zivile also was very efficient with emails , arrival information etc , Highly Recommend this apartment .

“Compact apartment, spotless, great location!” We had a fantastic holiday staying in this apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless, and the complex was well maintained too. Very child friendly complex and pool (we have a 2 year old and a 4 year old). Great location - 1 min from beach and local restaurants. Cannot think of anything negative about this rental, however it would have been helpful if the owner supplied some plastic cups, plates etc. for the children and to eat outside on the terrace. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will certainly be using it again. Thank you!

“Superb Apartment” Returned yesterday from this stunning apartment. The views from the 2 balconies are amazing and catch the sun all day long. The apartment was very comfortable, modern and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay here. The owner Caroline, couldn’t be more helpful , answering any query you may have. Can’t emphasise enough how good the location is. We will miss sitting out on the lower balcony chilling looking out to sea or sunbathing on the upper balcony. Had a fantastic holiday, can definitely recommend this apartment, we hope to return soon, thanks again Caroline.
